Welcome to the team! Weekends are really hard on me as well. I try to come onto SP and log my food, or drink some water when I THINK I'm hungry, but most likely I'm just bored. I try to take each weekend slowly and not beat myself up if I have a bad one. Good luck!
Good luck Tammy. Weekends are hard for all of us I think. For me it has taken a while to get to the point of being more focused on the weekends. I am bad about not keeping track of what I eat on the weekends and I find if I do that I am better. Good luck on making it work for you!
