Way to go resisting the temptation! Drinking water can help with this too, since it will give you something to put in your mouth and makes you feel full.

I keep WW Smart Ones and Healthy Choice frozen meals and pizzas on hand both at work and at home. That way when it's pizza day in the Snack Shac (I work at a High School) or my DH has his pizza, I too have a yummy snack and I know excatly my calories and points I'm consuming.

Most folks are only as happy as they decide to be.

Good ideas, I have the same craving most of the time. I love bread and pizza is an extension of that. so far I haven't given in but maybe if I plan a Lean Cuisine I won't feel so deprived. Thanks for sharing.

DBELLE32 - Looks like you found a great way to avoid the temptation. Although the english muffin or Lean Cuisine ideas were great too (I'll have to remember them myself).

I read somewhere that if you can do some other activity (key being physical movement) for 10 mins, most cravings go away.

That's a great idea, have to remember that for next time. I went for a walk after finishing my slimfast & pear --I didn't give in to the pizza.

Can you make one with an english muffin, tomato sauce, lite mozz and some veggie toppings?

Or run to the store for a lean cuisine, healthy choice, etc. froz pizza?

It's lunchtime & I am fighting a very sudden & strong pizza craving ---it doesn't help that there's a pizza restaurant next door.
I'm sitting here trying to ward off the cravings by eating fruit.
Any suggestions?
