I keep WW Smart Ones and Healthy Choice frozen meals and pizzas on hand both at work and at home. That way when it's pizza day in the Snack Shac (I work at a High School) or my DH has his pizza, I too have a yummy snack and I know excatly my calories and points I'm consuming.
Most folks are only as happy as they decide to be.
Good ideas, I have the same craving most of the time. I love bread and pizza is an extension of that. so far I haven't given in but maybe if I plan a Lean Cuisine I won't feel so deprived. Thanks for sharing.
It's lunchtime & I am fighting a very sudden & strong pizza craving ---it doesn't help that there's a pizza restaurant next door. I'm sitting here trying to ward off the cravings by eating fruit. Any suggestions?
