I blew it this weekend also. Last Thursday was my birthday so when I got up and weighted myself I was very happy. After that, it was all down hill. It seem like I ate everything so when I stepped on the scale this morning, I knew I had to get back on track.
OMG Where do I start, I totally lose it on the weekends, especially if I have a function to go to. If I'm home, I do well most of the time, but if I go out, that's it. I don't so much overeat, but I eat things I know I can't really chart or figure out how much calories it had or how much I ate. I drink and eat dessert and then I feel bad. But like someone else said, get over it, move on and do better the next weekend and I will. I have to!
It is easy to get caught up in what we do wrong but make today a good day. Focus on something...getting 8 glasses of water, charting your food, going for a walk. Something and you will feel better once you realize you can accomplish something you set out to do. Have a wonderful Tuesday.
