I just found this team today - I spend a little time every day browsing the sight and I always find something new. I started two weeks ago, and then last week ended up planning a trip to Maui for my son's 18th birthday - leaving on March 9th! So I'm in crunch mode right now trying to take a few extra pounds off for the beach.
Last weekend was the first time in a long time that I made a huge effort to stay on track, and it worked! So my plan for this weekend is just that: to plan my meals and my workouts, just like during the week. I'm ready to work!
