This site is awesome.........if it wasn't for what I have learned over the past few months,last week would have really knocked me for a loop..... Losing a loved one is hard but the lessons I have learned from this site is already helping me to cope and get on with life........

The support IS incredible, isn't it? I have traditionally had problems with the weekends, but since being on Sparks and this team in particular, I have focused on my weekend issues and have managed to slay the beast so to say. I do not go over on calories and have found exercise on the weekends to be the best! Just stay focused and we can do this!!!!!
short and mid-term goal: stay consistent and keep losing weight. long-term goal: feel better about myself and not have weight be something I think about on a daily basis.

Weekends are the worst for me. I have done so well all week until today and I really went over my calorie limits soooooooo I decided I would total all my statistics and see how well I did for the week overall and WOO HOO on average everything was within limits so that has to have a positive impact. For the weekend I am gonna try to drink my water and make better plans for my snack attacks. Gloria

I just found this team today - I spend a little time every day browsing the sight and I always find something new. I started two weeks ago, and then last week ended up planning a trip to Maui for my son's 18th birthday - leaving on March 9th! So I'm in crunch mode right now trying to take a few extra pounds off for the beach. Last weekend was the first time in a long time that I made a huge effort to stay on track, and it worked! So my plan for this weekend is just that: to plan my meals and my workouts, just like during the week. I'm ready to work!
