I didn't have an AMAZING weekend... I went to Boston Pizza yesterday for lunch. But I didn't have any snacks all day and I had a good breakfast and my dinner was a yummy but a nice small portion. So I was less than 100 cals over my limit (even with 800 cals from pizza)!

I still have to log everything, but I spent 5 hours racking the yard today so I'm certain I will hit my cardio goal of burning 2000 calories this week.

That's great Help4me2! go for that 8th glass of water ;) As for your steps, is there a chance you can walk in side your house?? if you live in a building maybe going up and down the stairs to add a few more?? even dance in place.. or with someone!

I just tracked my food for today. I was 2 calores over. but thats better than usual. My problem is walking. I can't go to the mall to walk like I do before work and it has raind all day so I only have 5089 steps today. I can drink one more glass of water and have my eight for today though and thats a big one for me.
