Glad to report not pneumonia. Very bad upper respiratory infection. No exercise for two more days (at least) and antibiotics for 10 days. But at least the fever seems to be gone now. I've been sleeping almost all day.

He, he he. Water is NOT a challenge for me. That's a cake walk.

Hmm....I'm prone to it. I'm not supposed to be able to get it because I had a vaccination to prevent it. But, I believe I may have brought it on myself by swimming when I had a cold and the water was not very warm. I hope it's just bronchitis, but breathing is very difficult and I'm running a fever and have a very sore throat. No voice either...good thing I don't need it to talk to you guys. My head feels like it's going to explode, though, so I think I'm gonna pack it in and go to bed.

Sure! How about this week we concentrate on taking a walk every day. Just to get out in the fresh air is a great bonus!.

I belong to a photography group. They chose one weekly assignment and the person who assigns the weekly assignment also choses the person for the next week. If we did something similar we could chose just one area to focus on per week, like drinking all our water, or strength training 2x per week.

My personal feeling about this challenge is that it is too complicated.

I prefer less detailed challenges with smaller goals in mind.

I am not coping with it on my other team either.

Okay Ladies here is the other thread I want to challenge us to refocus ourselves on losing weight so I have borrowed a challenge from one of my other teams to get us going. If you want to talk about this challenge we can create a separate thread for that this one should just be for recording
