Kept calories to 1300 and fat to 28 gm yesterday and 1150 calories and 26 gm fat today, two good days

Lost two lbs last week so I must be doing ok

Today 1100 calories 30 gm fat

I did pretty good today on my the first day of my new start I kept to 1136 calories and 29 gm of fat, so I stayed well within my ranges
