Monday - 20 min on treadmill and 35 min weight training emoticon
Tuesday - 42 min on treadmill and 30 min of exercises. In the evening 60 min pilates class, my 1st, suprisingly hard.

Sorry about your tree, I have in my front garden a lovely Cut Leaf or Swedish Birch Tree but it looks good, I planted it 2 years ago.

30 minutes of walking the dogs.

15 minutes dancercise.

30 minutes in the garden breaking off a lot of dead branches from some shrubs & my poor Silver Birch Tree that died because of the drought.

First thing this morning 70 min of gardening, then gym for 42 min on treadmill burning 256 cal and 25 min of exercises and stretches.

I've had a busy Sunday. In the morning spent 60 min walking and shopping & carrying heavy bags around South Melbourne Farmer's Market.
Then after lunch went to gym for 70 min. Did 43 min on treadmill burning 296 cal and then 25 min of strength training and stretches emoticon

Jennifer - sorry to hear you are not feeling on top of the world today emoticon , tomorrow is a brand new day and you WILL feel like you can take on the dreaded treadmill and WIN emoticon .

I have just done 45 min of getting rid of my stuff that I pulled out of the back garden on Monday. This morning is our rubbish/garbage day, so I've been filling all neighbours bins with my weeds, clippings etc. Just as well I have a wheelbarrow and some boxes which I was filling up and then taking them up and down the road to any bin that wasn't chock full.
It was a very emoticon work but it's done now.
In an hour I am off to gym for some treadmilling and exercises.

LOL Jennifer!! I felt like I needed to be in traction yesterday..I was so sore after my workout on Thurs. It has eased up some today...it was a little tough to push through the soreness and get the workout in again today...but I know it will be even easier by next week!
