I think I'm out or this is a grace week, not sure :) I was up 2 lbs last week :( but I'm ok as I found a wedding dress....FINALLY so much stress over a dress lol Sorry for the late check in, had a death in the family and literally just got back in to town at 1am this morning.

Nice to see all the progress everyone is making :) I have the cupid shuffle song playing in my head everytime I come to this post :)

Brenda I think saving those Medifast meals for "emergencies" is a smart move!

You're right! I should be doing some cardio and yoga videos! I'm usually good about going to them when weather is bad but this time I've been very lazy. But it's a new month and time to turn things around!

Have a great Monday everyone!

Hobbes - keep on trekking! It's a new fresh week to start over with a plan.

Mary - Sorry the weather has been uncooperative-maybe time for some indoor exercises at home. Spark offers a lot of free videos.

I did a lot of prepping this weekend so I feel pretty prepared at least for the first part of the week. I feel a little guilty for not incorporating more of my medifast meals that I have leftover, but I know they will come in handy when I don't have the time to prep and still need to eat "on the go."

Hey Hobbes! I'm going to be going the wrong way this week if I don't find a way to exercise! Weather has not been cooperating here! Are you having the same problem?Steady cool rain again today...wish I could send this rain to our California girls!

Maui - I'll have to ask my mom about them using freshly ground flour...when I was growing up mom drove us 40 miles to visit her mom almost every Sunday (while my dad played golf) and Meme was always baking something in her wood fired oven...maybe because Sunday was baking day! And they had an old-fashioned washing machine on the back porch where you cranked a wringer as you pulled the laundry out to hang it on the clothesline...they lived in town but had a large garden, apple trees and chickens...I didn't know any great-grandparents or either of my grandfathers...both of my grandmothers were born in the 1890s..

So you use the fresh milled wheat for your starters? Can you keep feeding those starters perpetually or do you need to restart regularly?

Thanks for the link detailing the process! A little intimidating since I've done very little bread baking - but very exciting! Hubbie and son eat sandwiches almost every day - I would love to convert them to a healthier bread option! (store bought whole wheat right now)

Boy do I wish I could send you some of this rain! Emails from my new CSA say they are struggling to provide for their winter CSA subscribers...nothing left to sell in their stand or to restaurants, at farmer's markets, etc...hoping the rain is not destroying spring crops as well...we sure could use some more sunshine...I still have lettuces but they are not thriving - waterlogged and sunlight deprived...poor babies...but I shouldn't complain...better than a drought...

Hope you're all having a great Sunday!

Mary

Mary-
Quite exciting about your new CSA. Shrimp and fresh ground flour...LOVE it!
Real whole grain!
Remember when Grandmother (Or great Grandmother) had Bread day, laundry day, cleaning day etc?
This was all because of when the local miller ground her flour. She always made bread that day or next, while the flour was fresh , before he fats oxidized causing rancidity! HAha...

So...a couple things to consider...

1- Is the flour organic fresh ground?
(If yes, you can make your own sourdough starter and never need commercial yeast, rather use true wild yeast which is what I do)

2. Are you wanting to use starter?

3. Remember that recipes are all based on store/shelf flour which has no fat. Fresh ground has fat. A little modifying is necessary in recipes where fat is added, add less. :)

4. You'll get to know different grains for different purposes. Bread needs highest protein grain like Red or white hard wheat. Biscuits , cookies, pancakes quick bread uses soft white wheat.
Wait till you smell the flour... :)

emoticon Way to go Brenda!

Maui did give you some very good advice!

Hope your appointment today goes great! You've already done your homework so I'm sure it will!

Maui - my old CSA farm is kind of in limbo so I've signed up for a new one this spring - this one offers local shrimp and daily ground whole flour as add-ons to veggie deliveries! I'm so excited! It won't start until April but if you have links to recipes I would love to start studying them!

I had a tiny move to the right this week...hope everyone else is moving in that direction too!

Happy Friday! The sun is shining here for the first time in more than a week! emoticon Feels sooooo good!

Maui- thanks for all the awesome tips. This week my goal was to get my fats down and to not weigh myself everyday! It has worked well being conscious of what I'm eating that has good fat (eggs, avocado, olive oil) versus stuff that has bad fat (processed cheese) and both went well!

Week 1 - 240
Week 2 - 237.2
Week 3 - 234.6
Week 4 - 234.4
Week 5 (new weigh in date on Mondays) - 232.6
Week 6 - 231
Week 7 - 229.4
Week 8 - 231
Week 9 - 226.4

Technically I'm down 3 pounds from prior to my gain last week (original weight) which is awesome. However, I did weigh myself last Friday (versus the Monday weigh ins I had switched to when I was on medifast to keep it all straight) and I'm only down 1.5 pounds from last Friday's weight. It's all over the place haha.

My goal this week was to not get on the scale throughout the week and it was so worthwhile to not play the mind game and just to try to make the best choices I could, knowing I had to get on the scale on Friday. I'm switching my weigh in morning back to Fridays for a few reasons: I'm not on medifast anymore so a Monday weigh in doesn't make sense, and weighing in after the weekend SUCKS. :)

I seem to be averaging 1.5 pounds each week and I'm working to embrace that because slow and steady wins the race.

Today I meet for a 2 hour nutritional counseling appointment, and I'll be taking with me 2 weeks of nutrition tracking from SP. I didn't use to track on the weekends but it's vital for me to do and this time around I have been. It helps me stay accountable during those times when I want to fall off the wagon.

Plus, for the past 2 weeks I've been able to get in my 3rd and sometimes 4th day of exercise and it's going great! Setting up my basement gym was the best thing I could do. I watch some HBO Go on my laptop, while doing 25 minutes on the elliptical and either some light pilates or weight lifting. I feel good!

I'm only .4 pounds away from 30 pounds down. Holy cow.

Brenda-
Sounds like you are doing quite well with the carbs! Well done! Whole grain is tricky too I have found. So...if you can find bread truly whole grain ( almost all are not...they cannot be...when you grind wheat or any grain flour it has healthy fat and enzymes withing the grain. There are all removed to put flour in a bag on the shelf. It goes rancid with 24-48 hours of grinding) So, my bread...real bread...has 100 % real whole grain. In your area, I wonder if this kind of flour is available? Or bread made with it?? Just wondering. It's much more satisfying...go figure.

Cheese- Its tricky...cause the calories and fat add up real fast. But...that's not teh only consideration.
DAiry products from big ag cows are filled with antibiotics, hormones, grain fed and thus have very different nutritive value. Grass fed, organic cows' milk has higher Vit D (something you are looking for) and the correct balance of Omega 6-3. You are looking for high Omega 3 foods. Grain fed cattle have high omega 6...bad fat...
Grass fed cattle have high omega 3...good fat.
So...one way to manage your cheese is to commit to organic grass fed dairy. Its more expensive, but MUCH better for you.
A lot of modern dairy is responsible for inflammation Americans are experiencing. (There are several sources of inflammation, poor quality dairy is one)

Sorry for the long story...but it's important...

A way to manage dairy, is to not withold, but rather choose quality therefore it becomes self limiting. Choose dairy carefully and have less, but great dairy. It's so yummy you can taste it.
The facts are in. There are many studies on dairy. Its one of eh most regulated organic foods in our nation.
So...try for a month...only allowing organic, grass fed, whole milk dairy.
In Europe they feed the children whole milk dairy and the children who eat non fat are the ones with weight gain and poor brain development...

The kids eating the whole milk are thinner. They get the Good fat. The non fat or low fat has more milk sugars. All nutrients need good fat to piggy back on to get micro nutrients in and sustain good brain health.

Eating higher quality dairy reduces inflammation, feeds good fat to your brain, creates a feeling of satiation. when inflammation is down, our body metabolizes better.

Lesson..
to begin dealing with cheese...choose only very high quality. Eliminate unhealthy cheese.
I hope this helps. :)

The good things I'm doing are avoiding carbs - still almost no sugar other than fruit, and very little bread. I had "real" bread for the first time last week after not eating it for months. It was good, but I don't crave it. Thankfully we have some excellent whole grain bread bakers at our local farmers market, so when I did nosh this weekend, beyond the portugeuse roll, I had a hearty, seedy, whole grain rustic wheat bread.

Downfall is cheese. I can see it ALL OVER my nutrition tracker. I know that's my vice. I eat it every day in almost every meal. Any good substitutes that will satisfy my cravings?

Brenda- OK...of course we are all so different so...it depends.

Cravings- I can squelch cravings with healthy fat. So...avocado, Vit D, Olive oil...coconut oil, organic pastured eggs,
If I consume simple carbs at all, I get hungry. I avoid them, period. I do eat bread and pasta but only my homemade versions of honest whole grain.

Keep protein up and early in the day. This too helps with cravings.

And of course water...must keep water intake up. I try and make sure the water goes in, in-between meals, not right with or after a meal. (This slows digestion) So just drink enough water with meals to 'wash the food down'.

Bottom line, I think going lower on carbs and subbing healthy fats is a good choice. :) Watch the calories though. Bad fats are just bad fats. Your body takes mutiple 'hits' from bad fats...just sayin.

Keep good fats in your repertoire.

Hobbes - I hope you can find your inspiration soon!

Today it was over 32 degrees and it felt AMAZING-took the dogs for a long walk and I felt so alive.

This weekend I've been keeping below in my carbs, but over in my calories or fat as I transition out of medifast-been craving fatty comfort foods! I don't want to get into this habit, but is it horrible? I would love some feedback. Thanks friends.

Hello Wonderful Outdoor Deck Friends, I haven't gone up or down in my weight. I've been walking with a co-worker in the mornings. I haven't jogged or gone on any runs this week. I'm kinda in one of my slumps (this happens when I'm putting too much focus on everyone else's needs). It seems to be a vicious cycle I have a difficult time not returning to. I should know better! If I give to myself I have more energy and am healthier physically, mentally spiritually... Sorry I haven't been very supportive lately to the team. I'll try and pick myself up and get moving!

I'm down 1.5 from last Friday! Still 1/2 over Lms starting weight & 5.5 over goal but hopefully I have the ball rolling now!

Brenda you're down 9 pounds in 7 weeks! Considering the uncooperative weather & the fact that you're transitioning away from medi food I'd say that's very impressive! Hope you get the exercise in this weekend!

Happy Friday everyone!

Well, it's my forgiveness week. Womp womp. Valentine's day donuts and chocolates, as well as pasta, did me in! In good news, I lost 2 inches around my waist in spite of the gain, so I'll take that!

I typically hike on the weekends but with temps in the negatives and snow on its way I'm doubtful that will happen. However I did spend my lunch break yesterday sweeping up the basement and wiped down our exercise equipment so my goal is to get on the elliptical once in the next 2 days and lift weights once in the next 2 days.

This weather is freezing my spirit and makes me want to carb load! Tonight I'm going to my aquatics class. I still have yet to set up my basement to workout-I NEED to work on that this week. I ate a whole sub yesterday-bad idea. I should have only eaten half-need to work on portions again as I re-introduce carbs back into my diet. Learn as I go!

Sorry you joined us "sitters" Tar...but keep on pushing... emoticon

Finally started exercising again after letting a bout of coughing and sniffles sideline me for a week or more...

Today 1 mile doggie walk...2 mile run...30 minute barre workout

I'm still over where I was when we started LMS but I'm down a little from last week...if I can just move a wee bit to the right every week I will be happy!

Have a great rest of the day! Tomorrow's high will be 20 degrees below today's...in the 50s today...may not get much above freezing tomorrow...I know this sounds balmy to many of you!...but down here it throws us for a loop when it drops below freezing - good for business if you're a plumber! Stay warm everyone!

I don't see my check in post from Friday nite! Hmmmmmm? Well.... the bad news is the scale didn't even move! And the good news is that it stayed the same. Im sure today would be a really bad day to check my weight tho.... we've been "Valentining it" on into today!

Had fun with our son and his girlfriend, we hosted a big BBQ dinner last nite- had bought yummy things for appetizers from the Farmers Market, Hummus in 4 different flavors, Pita chips to go with it, Fresh strawberries, a steehead salmon, chicken wings, and BBQ Pork ribs... made some quinoa mushroom polenta, fresh steamed broccoli... and a wonderful bottle of wine. Needless to say, DH and are are going on a sunshiney hike right now!! emoticon Had a wonderful whole week off and think I will actually look forward to doing hair again tomorrow in the busy salon. ***SNOW*** emoticon

My check in for this week :) So excited....I'm officially under 200lbs :) I weighed in at 199 today. So excited :) Felt so good to go check in also as it's a big part of my motivation and staying on track is the support I get at the docs.

I hope everyone has a great week :)

Valentine's day completely threw me off track, but I kind of expected/planned for that to happen. I was hoping I would maintain and not gain, but thus, 1.6 pounds up so it's my forgiveness week based on my Monday morning weigh in.

My goal this week is to begin finding a 3rd day to exercise. With the 0, subzero temps, I also didn't get in my weekly hike last week which I know didn't help. Here's hoping for a warmer week ahead. 1 again today :\

Mary- I hear you when 'life' gets in the way of exercise! Happens to me a LOT it seems...
(Good thing I still have yard work) lol....

I try to REALLY stay up on water. I drink a lot of plain water, heated in the microwave...45 seconds does it for me. I down my water, this helps keep my not hungry, better than sipping tea or whatever. I do some of that too...but keeping my water going in seems to help.

Mary- Glad you are still going to join us. :)

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! emoticon

Way to go Brenda and Maui!!!!!

Brenda I now need to find a way to inspire myself! I have done next to no exercise for the past 5 days emoticon I enjoyed the warm weather so much last Sunday then it turned cool again and I got a head cold...excuses, excuses emoticon ...compared to the truly cold weather and bugs many of you are facing my excused don't stand up! I used to be so good about doing exercise videos indoors when the weather wasn't great...I need to do that again...warmer weather is coming but I want to start moving to the right before it gets here!

Good luck with your food transition emoticon ...during my many months of weight loss I found nutrition planning and tracking to be absolutely key! Another thing I need to get back to so I can get back to goal weight!

Maui I used my free pass a few weeks ago...so I'm out of the Big Game...but I'll still be here cheering for everyone! emoticon and cheering for your asthma to go away!

KB - keep up the great work! I love reading about all of your outdoor activity!

Choc (and anybody else who's sitting with me) - we're out of the big game but how about we challenge each other to move at least a little to the right next week...I'm going to use yesterday's weight as my new starting point and try to get moving from there emoticon ...Baby steps add up to success, right?! emoticon

Hope you're all having a great weekend!

Don't forget to stop by the deck for the big party! emoticon emoticon

YAy! I am still in...only down .5 ...but down!
Woohoo!

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwww, but...down a bit so I am feeling ok.

Great work Brenda and KB!

Mary- Darn...You too caught the bug! Makes it all the harder...I have been coughing 10 days already. Exercise, PT, Working outside...all off the plate for now. Have you used your forgiveness week?

Hobbes- How are you? I am doing my inhalers. No Nebulizer yet...but one day maybe eh?
Sheesh.

KB- You are rocking this! :)

Choc- sorry you too are out. :(

Wood- how are you doin? Remember, I think you needed to delete the whole sickness deal of weight loss and re-gain. Just go back to sickness weight, right?

Who else is checking in?

I'm still in! Down another 1.6 this week!

Week 1 - 240
Week 2 - 237.2
Week 3 - 234.6
Week 4 - 234.4
Week 5 (new weigh in date on Mondays) - 232.6
Week 6 - 231
Week 7 - 229.4
Total - 10.6 pounds lost!

MrsSand-your fitness encourages and inspires me! I think it's time for me to begin getting a 3rd day of exercise in. I really need to look at my schedule and commit to another "me" hour.

Maui-Don't beat yourself up over that pizza. I hope you enjoyed it and now it's a new day!

Slimmer-thanks so much for the encouragement-you remind me that slow and steady wins the race.

I've been really focusing on drinking a full gallon of water each day (1/2 my body weight in ounces) and I truly believe it makes all the different.

This week I also began my transition from medifast into "something else". Not sure quite what that looks like yet, but I'm planning to meet with a nutrition counselor soon I think the idea of small meals every few hours works very well for me so I want to stick to that. I began swapping out my lunch medifast meal for real food as part of the transition and will be adding small amounts of carbs such as popcorn and fruit in lieu of medifast meals as my snacks. We'll see how this goes! I have to plan.

Just even...I think that means I am still in. No excuse...but...I had to see my son yesterday, and we always eat lunch out. He only eats at a few places...and I always let him choose. He chose pizza. OK..I did eat 3 pieces...but it was the salt that got me. I could feel it! Today I am drinking water as much as I can. I am 'recovering'. Point is, I am quite certain yesterday morning I was down 2 lbs...and today, water retention...lol. Timing eh?

Wood- your gain is definitely predictable. As I mentioned before, I think you should go by the before sick weight and then try and lose from there.

Choc & Wood - Keep on trekkin! It's frustrating to gain, but you have great momentum so keep it up!

Week 1 - 240
Week 2 - 237.2
Week 3 - 234.6
Week 4 - 234.4
Week 5 (new weigh in date on Mondays) - 232.6
Week 6 - 231
Total - 9 pounds

I was down another 1.5 pounds this week! I doubt this coming week will be great, but who knows? I had some cheats this week and I'm going to a potluck tomorrow!

Overall? 25 pounds since I began again on 12/1, so I'm pretty pumped, but I'm REALLY ready see 30 pounds! 30 pounds is really important for me for a few reasons. I haven't seen 226 on the scale since Christmas several years ago. It means that I'm finally heading into the last 100 pounds to lose. That on it's own sounds insurmountable, but I was so pissed at having gained 30 pounds the past couple of years, that to be done with that weight will feel so great.

I'm setting up a plan to get off of medifast and into a more reasonable whole-lifestyle change. I get free nutritional counseling through my work, 4 sessions, so I'm waiting for her to call back to schedule before I "break it" to my medifast coach. I'm really excited to take the steps to go on my own!

Hey teammates, how are we doing this Hump Day!?! I didn't realize how much extra time was going to go to studying and working on my capstone~feel like not keeping up with the team. The weather has been beautiful in the morning so have been taking morning run outdoors, there's a nice running trail near my apartment, did 6mi before hopping on my bike to head to class (another 4mi) Wednesday, my nights for Zumba class....will check in with the deck afterwards.

I survived my Mexican dinner splurge and now back on track today!

I had told myself when I signed up for medifast that I only wanted to be on it for a few months to learn portion control and not have to deal with preparing my own foods. I'm heading into my 3rd month of the meals and I can feel myself swaying away from it but I don't think I'm making bad choices. When I don't eat the meals, I stick to low-carb high protein choices for the most part and lots of veggies. It's working well and I'm still losing even when I go "off plan" for the weekend.

I'm *really really* nervous at telling my medifast take shape for life coach that I'm feeling ready to transition into eating real food and losing on my own. I don't want to feel guilt, I dont' want to stay with it because of obligation and I fear that his response will just anger me.

So..I need help/support/whatever! I have enough food to probablly get me through the end of February so plenty of time to plan and strategize about eating healthy post-medifast. Thoughts or tips?

Thanks so much for the tips - this helps a lot. I'm determined to stay on plan except maybe tonight's meal. I'm planning on eating out for mexican but that's the "it" meal for this work week!

Howdy mates,

Hiking and great work going on here...super!

Brenda- I do plan ahead for cheating, in several ways.

I shop(Or pick) for healthy snacks several days ahead. Never run low on the good stuff.
I like to cut up a lot at one time, so when I am hungry, something is there...
I find keeping super yummy apples and carrots, cukes help. Crunchy and lots of chewing helps.
What I mean by yummy apples, is organic lovely varieties, rather than every ay apples. When I purchase 10 apples, I try to get 5 varieties to entice my palette.
I make hummus so I can lower the fat content, up the spice...with my carrots and cukes...super and always on hand.

As far as planning ahead to 'cheat' if there is a holiday (Like the recent bd we had) then, I go ahead a make cake and special meal. But I plan salad for dinner a couple days before and after to compensate.

By salad I mean, greens of course, with a ton of added crunchy veggies (so we get to chew) and dressing tossed before serving , homemade and not too much to control the ingredients. Protein in the salad come from beans, great fiber Green beans, black beans, garbanzo beans all super options.

Yes...I have my cheat, but work it into the weeks schedule. I can't cheat everyday.

Kay is super at planning ahead. Maybe she has some good hints.
Cook and chop on Sunday, prepare for the week ahead. Yep.

The other thing that happens with cheating is , if it includes eating out. Every time I eat out, I gain about 3 lbs over night! Its additives of sugar , salt and other crap. Sometimes, just committing to no eating out can make the difference.

Brenda- you are doing a great job btw. :) Aren't you down 25?
Love you!!!!!! You are inspirational! Hugs!

Jealous of those hiking!! I got my 11,000+/5 miles today, but they were all indoors. Negative twenties here today and my lungs don't take to it kindly!

Treating myself to a cup of cocoa tonight!

The good news is, my neighbor snow plowed my drive a second time today... The bad news is, he left a big ridge of snow across the part of my drive that I need to use to turn my car around to drive out...SO-o-o, another 30 minutes of snow shoveling for me on top of the 90 min I shoveled this morning (to be fair to my neighbor, I have a VERY long drive and he plows it for free, so I am DEFINITELY not complaining, LOL!!!!!!)

Rather than "sneak cheats" which I did this weekend, I want to really think ahead and plan out my "cheat" eats. Tuesday is a big trigger day for me and I anticipate that I'll want to eat off plan Tuesday night, so I want to plan ahead and be REALLY REALLY good the rest of the week so I can thoroughly enjoy tomorrow night's menu, whatever I choose it to be, and then can get right back on plan the next meal. Do any of you do this?

Got my cardio in this morning! 90 min of shoveling snow (and that was just around the house)...first and most important part of shoveling was a path to my hot tub, LOL...I'm still snowed in cause my really long driveway is knee deep in spots and the neighbor hasn't been out plowing yet!

Happy Sunday teammates! Yesterday went on nice 10 mile hike with my older sisters and now hanging out with the family. About to head downtown for Super Bowl festivities, have some friends getting together for game of two-hand touch football during halftime. Not routing for any particular team....Cardinals fan! There are too many tempting foods out there, better make some good choices with all the potluck goodies.

Glad most everyone has 'checked in' and moving on. Yes...we are in this together.

Snow- what you say is soooooooooooo right about Wood's weightloss and recovery.

I suggest we have his set point to be back a week, and to 'stay under that week ago weight'.
Yes??
This artificial weight loss should mostly come back...to be healthy. :)

Snow- beautiful day for a hike!

emoticon Ok, you guys are so sweet! I thought it was that if you gained, and you had the "free week" that you had to move to the right ... not necessarily back to any one number. So... keeping it light here (no pun intended) I will keep plugging ahead- its hard without my hiking... I think that's got me stuck. Hiking for hours 4 days a week kept my weight way down where I had more room for play... but is that realistic? I say not so much. Springtime will get me out there on the trails... I have held out for clean air... that is the reason Im sticking to indoor exercise. Grrrrrrrrrrr...... its not natural!

Wood... what you are saying is of course expected kiddo! Losing 12 lbs in one week is NOT good- that Im sure of... so get those healthy pounds back on.. and Ill race you to the top of the hill.........

Good attitude Choc, you make me smile... I like it when you are all "at-a-girl" to me..... I respond to being cheered on as you do too!!! Super Bowl Sunday tho..... oh my, there will be some naughty foods where we are going Im sure. Im planning a healthy snack to take to our party.... the hostess is making homemade pizzas from scratch using healthy ingredients- they are so delicious!! emoticon

Good luck everyone, Im hiking with my DH early tomorrow... he needs to get out in the fresh air and see what Mother Nature's been up to in our hills... feeling like Spring emoticon here guys!

Sorry I am late! -1.3 for me! I was a little worried. I caught a cold mid week that zapped my energy to move. I've babied myself (I try real hard not to take medicine) and am on the upswing! One more day of rest and then back to the grind!

I have a doctors appointment on the 12 and set a scale goal for that visit. I would love to crush it! Congrats to all the loser *wink, wink*!

Krav-Chick and Snow... I agree with Wood, this challenge is more for a fun way to inspire each other than a serious "gotta have rules" contest... Whether we "stay standing" or end up "out" and just cheering each other on, it still is keeping us all focused on our goals!

Krav-Chick - This is not all that serious a competition. Don't worry about it. Just keep moving to the right.

Snow - Again, not that serious. I thought as long as we went back to the movement to the right we were okay. I'd say you were okay.

I'm going to have a problem this week since my weight loss was artificial. I'm not even eating normally yet, but I am feeling good and my weight is creeping back on.

Time to restart the exercise now!

Thanks Kay :) Gotta love work changes and training. I get to learn how to be an instructor and train/teach people. I really don't like speaking in front of people so this will be interesting :)

If anyone else has any thoughts about me missing the next 2 weeks, please let me know. I don't want to be unfair to everyone. :)

I lost .8.... on my "free week".... so am I in or am I out? I still don't get it. This hasn't happened to me before like this so Maui said I had to have lost what the last weeks gain was... and then some? If that is true, then I think Im out..... I forgot what the posted weight was before my gain! Hmmmmmm.....???? *** emoticon ***

Nice work folks!

Krav-Chick, I'm OK with you're postponing your weigh in's until you're back to your regular scale, but then I'm out, so maybe someone else wants to weigh in on that?

Okie dokie...I am down a smidge,,,but the right direction...

Well done Team.

Wood- What a way to lose! Glad you are feeling better.

For those on 'forgiveness week'...you can do this.

Slimmer- My understanding is if you gain...you have 1 forgiveness week to lose that gain plus a smidge more.
