Along with what's already been said I'd like to add this;
I also struggle with this.
I have stopped many times to ask myself why don't I really want to lose the weight, what do I get by staying overweight. No clear answers yet but some thoughts I'm not ready to share...dealing with the attention I might get if I looked sexy. Is it simply that change comes slowly or something more?
We all KNOW what to do - it's the doing it that's hard! Try just for today to stay within your points, drink your water, get your milk, veggies/fruit in...let tomorrow take care of itself. I'll do the same - just for today with you.
