Awesome, Joan.

I gained .2. But, I am not complaining. I have been bad and have NOT tracked in a couple of months. I need to get back on the "track" wagon. Have a great weekend.

emoticon Weigh in today at WW. Gained 3 lbs. Not so bad since I have a spinal nerve block that had me down and terrible headaches.(I get checked Monday for headaches at neurosurgeon) The pain management Dr gave me heck because I quit my water aerobics, that would certainly help the arthritis in my back. emoticon So tomorrow I will go if my dizziness isn't too bad.

I have my WW tracker ready to go and am working on meals for the rest of the week, so I can feel better and have a better week emoticon

REMEMBER: I have had this before. I know what it tastes like, AND ITS KILLING Me ! IS IT REAL HUNGER OR HEAD & HEART HUNGER?

I would have loved my loss to have been more...but aren't we all like that. I was down .4, and I'm not complaining. I had an excellent week this week, and lots of activity. Last week I lost 4 pounds, so .4 is a loss.

No matter how carefully we have followed the plan, we always get a little nervous when it comes time to weigh in. I wish you well. Knowing that you followed the plan carefully must give you a lot of satisfaction. I can't believe you've ridden all those miles! You'll be here in no time! I'd better get groceries!

Today is my weigh in day as well! I have stayed mostly on plan and I seem to always get in activity just usually not enough!! Good luck!!

I have eaten on plan, I have gotten in activity this week. In fact as of last night I have ridden 90.05 miles on the bike this week alone. Getting closer to Blanche's for that water and WW meal. emoticon
I will come back later with my results from my weigh in. Loss or not, I know I have worked every aspect of the plan, and that in itself makes me feel as if I have accomplished something.
