I try, but like StacyR31, I have 2 teens (1 special needs one), a hubby with special needs, a mother who I care for and 2 dogs, one of whom I am training to be a service dog and then the cat. I am the one who cooks and cleans. Not much time leftover for me.

I try to but it's very difficult b/wn working full time, taking care of my children and taking care of my parents.

Do you take time for yourself regularly?
I absolutely try to take time for myself regularly. Sometimes, it is as simple as taking the time for a nice long bubble bath or a long walk by myself. I think sometimes we all need time to clear our minds.
