I have an awesome network of very awesome friends. I have a grand stock of Vitamin F - but you cannot overdose. :)
Here's to our friends, old, new, and yet to come.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...it's learning to dance in the rain.
Vitamin F. I love it. I wake up each morning and can't wait to get here and see what Joan has written. Most mornings it is as if she has gotten inside my head. She pulls out the problems and makes me face my demons. thank you rosie and Blanche also or being here with us to share a cup of Vitamin F each and every morning. Love ya all.
It all begins with me.
Oh, I love that message, Joan! I tried to print it off, but my computer skills are limited, so I will just have to commit it to my unreliable memory!
I have developed such a diverse group of friends since Leslie died. I loved him dearly, but since he died, I have found myself. Thanks to all of you who make up part of my patchwork of friends!
Oh what a lovely post, I loved it so much.
I have been here in Saudi for nearly 3years and I have to say I have no friends here, I don't live on a compound we live amongst the local people and here it is a mans world. My best friend here is my darling husband we are together 24/7 it has been hard because in Australia I have quite a number of friends, we do keep in touch with emails and they have been wonderful.
My friends are also you lovely people on here isn't it great we can get on here and say what we want and we feel safe. So thank you for my daily Vitamin F.

I loved this and wanted to share it with you...
Why do I have a variety of friends who are all so different in character? How is it possible that I can get along with them all?
I think that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me.
With one of them I am polite. With another I joke. with another I can be a bit naughty ..
I can sit down and talk about serious matters with one. With another I laugh a lot. I listen to one friend's problems. Then I listen to another one's advice for me.
My friends are like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. When completed, they form a treasure box. A treasure of friends! They are my friends who understand me better than I understand myself.
They're friends who support me through good days and bad. Real Age doctors tell us that friends are good for our health.
Dr. Oz calls them Vitamin F (for Friends) and counts the benefits of friends as essential to our well being. Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes.
If you enjoy Vitamin F constantly you can be up to 30 years younger than your real age. The warmth of friendship stops stress and even in your most intense moments, it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%.
I'm so happy that I have a stock of Vitamin F!
In summary, we should value our friends and keep in touch with them. We should try to see the funny side of things and laugh together and pray for each other
in the tough moments.
Some of my friends are friends on line.
I know I am part of theirs because their names appear on my computer screen every day and I feel blessed that they care as much for me as I care for them.
Thank you for being one of my Vitamins!
