Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be

The road to success always has detours.
I know every single excuse not to eat right or exercise regularly - except for a good one. Bob Greene
Fruit - a nice variety (right now all I have is oranges but I go to the market on Saturday mornings so I'll fill up tomorrow). Veggies - ditto, I like variety, but I always have tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, and mushrooms. Almond milk. Cold water. Mustard (three varieties at the moment). Eggs. I love my eggs. Lemons or lemon juice or both. Minced garlic & ginger. Low-fat salad dressings. Relishes (two kinds at the moment). Cheese - right now just skim cheddar but I usually have two or three kinds. 0% greek yogurt. And leftovers, from whatever I cooked earlier in the week. Right now I've got lean roast ham bits that I'm going to make into a jambalya tomorrow, and the last of the pulled pork, and some quinoa leftover from earlier in the week.

List a few common things you can always find in your fridge.
Greek yogurt, veggies, fruits, leftovers, usually my lunch for the day...which may be the appropriate serving size of leftovers.
Take Care and God bless,
Tracey W.
