" My goal is to live the truly religious life, and express it in my music. If you live it, when you play, there's no problem because the music is part of the whole thing. To be a musician is really something. It goes very, very deep. My music is the spiritual expression of what I am--my faith, my knowledge, my being." by John Coltrane

Normally one a week unless I need something extra.

Usually, once a week; if I need milk, eggs, etc., there's a small "mom & pop" store right next to us.

Twice a week at Wegman's, then once to Walmart and Costco for all kinds of stuff including food. And Lotte or GrandMart once every couple of weeks. The Asian groceries are amazing with produce selection and prices!

Well, I think of it as "once a week" but it really usually ends up being Farmer's Market on Saturdays (except in the winter, which starts in 2 weeks BOO) plus Trader Joe's - then on Sundays I make a trip through one of the big chain gorcery stores. Then, sadly, I usually have to throw some perishable food out come Saturday morning, I still overbuy, no matter how much effort I put into planning. But I keep trying to improve in that area!

How often do you shop for groceries?

For us, at least once per week, but occasionally more often.

Take Care and God bless,
