Fresh and frozen, for different reasons.
Fresh tastes better and I can eat it raw or steamed or roasted or whatever.
Frozen is good for those nights when I need a quick meal, and it takes only a bit of time to throw some in a bowl and steam in the microwave. Also good for adding extra veggies to stew or soup after its cooked and I want to bulk it up/make it stretch.
Fruit though - always fresh. Well, dried is good too. :)
