I do prefer fresh, but do always keep some Green Giant in my freezer. I wish I could eat exclusively fresh veggies, but frozen is so convenient!

Fresh and frozen, for different reasons.
Fresh tastes better and I can eat it raw or steamed or roasted or whatever.
Frozen is good for those nights when I need a quick meal, and it takes only a bit of time to throw some in a bowl and steam in the microwave. Also good for adding extra veggies to stew or soup after its cooked and I want to bulk it up/make it stretch.

Fruit though - always fresh. Well, dried is good too. :)

Both!

I love fresh when I can get local in-season fruits and veggies (nothing beats a fresh tomato from a garden; I don't even need anything with it).

But frozen can be great, too. I love frozen fruit mixed in my plain fat-free yogurt; it make it like a dessert. And I can keep frozen in the freezer for much longer than fresh.

The fresher the better. There is a certain snap and sweetness to a fresh vegetable perfectly steamed or roasted.

However, budget-wise, frozen costs less and lasts longer. emoticon so I do have lots of those around.
