Usually, I start by planning dinner, since that's my point-heavy meal, from 6 to 10 points, and adjust portions as needed. Lunch and breakfast are about the same, 5 or 6 points, and the rest are for snacks.
If I have a meeting or function to go to, I use my weeklies for any indulgence there. I try not to use my activity points, but will if I need to.

When you plan your day how do you divide your daily points? Do you have a set amount for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or do you just plan day by day and meal by meal. What is left is left kinda thing?
