I get 26 ppv per day.
I usually have about 6 for breakfast and the rest are spread throughout the day. I would probably do better if I had a plan.

I get 26 points a day.

Usually, I start by planning dinner, since that's my point-heavy meal, from 6 to 10 points, and adjust portions as needed. Lunch and breakfast are about the same, 5 or 6 points, and the rest are for snacks.

If I have a meeting or function to go to, I use my weeklies for any indulgence there. I try not to use my activity points, but will if I need to.

I use to have a lite breakfast and by lunch time I was starving and ate mindlessly.

But lately I eat breakfast which include, carbs, protein & fruit and I don't seem to be hungry at lunch time....but still eat something to get me through till dinner.

I eat around 29 pps a day.

I have 27 pp a day.

I usually have 5 pp for breakfast,
lunch varies, sometimes 6, and dinner can vary too, 9-10 or less.
Snacks are sometimes 4-6, depending on my other meals.

Occasionally on weekend, dinners out,parties, etc. I will use my weekly, but not all the time.

I use very few points plus. I am also very careful about the amount of free foods I use. Especially fruit.

When you plan your day how do you divide your daily points? Do you have a set amount for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or do you just plan day by day and meal by meal. What is left is left kinda thing?
