" My goal is to live the truly religious life, and express it in my music. If you live it, when you play, there's no problem because the music is part of the whole thing. To be a musician is really something. It goes very, very deep. My music is the spiritual expression of what I am--my faith, my knowledge, my being." by John Coltrane

My plans are to catch up - was away from 10/31 - 11/5 - was in Texas for my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah. Between traveling w/my 9 year old granddaughter and getting everything done for Friday & Saturday evenings - I first need a vacation.
Also need to make a few returns to stores. I know I will be a busy bee!!!
I am also going to plan my meals and shop to make sure I have everything I need to stay on track - I am not going near the frozen yogurt cases - I think the doors have arms that jump out to me w/a carton of Kemps Moose Tracks Frozen Yogurt

Going to get a book. Some one wrote a book and was recently published, about the town where my great grandparents settled in when they first came to the USA in 1889.
Actions speak louder than words.
Visiting my grandparents tomorrow, and will make them dinner. And its my Uncle John's 80th birthday party on Sunday, plus I'm hoping to go downtown in the morning for the Rememberance Day memorial activity at the cenotaph. But all in all it is shaping up to be a quiet weekend, which is nice.

Wish I did but looks like I am free most of the weekend.
