I have my goals set for the rest of the year. I would like to lose 6 more lbs by the end of the year, keep going with my exercise and not go overboard w/ the holiday goodies.

Every day am working on WW pp plan. Hoping to lose each week and so far I am doing great. It is all in my mind set and focus now. Holidays will be a challenge, but I am going to track and watch what I do and allow for weekly pp if needed.
my goal is to recover from a recent surgery and be able to set a schedule for exercise and healthy habits. For the next 2 months I can't lift anything over a gallon. I'm just too impatient, and thats what I need to work on. Dr told me I can exercise but no lifting weights. She's my boss for now. lol
For the remainder of the year, with holidays and get-togethers coming up, my weight "loss" goal has always been to maintain (but I'll take any losses that happen, though). Once things ease up, I'll get back to real loss mode.
My main goal for the rest of this year is to get to goal weight - 150 lbs - and start maintaining. I also have a lot of mini goals that aren't weight loss related, which are taking up most of my mental space, so I figure that one weight loss goal is good!

Have you set goals for the remainder of the year or are you waiting for this year to end so you can have a fresh beginning in 2013?
I set goals myself but this year is and was a year of no reaching them. My heart just hasn't been in it. Why? Not sure but after trying to find something to wear to an appointment yesterday I really need to get back to me and set some goals.
