I have been sparking for a while but just recently joined WW again 2 weeks ago. Last week I followed the plan, although I did eat all of my weekly points, and I didn't lose any weight. Same with this week.....on Tues. I got frustrated that the scale was not moving and I gave in and ate fast food for dinner....now I don't have any weeklies left and I don't even want to weigh in at my meeting this Saturday. It seems like my scale just won't budge....I joined WW again because it seemed like I was stuck at this weight and I still have 20-30 more lbs. to go! I get in lots of activity because I am a busy full time teacher with 3 young kids, including a 9 month old baby. I had gestational diabetes with the last pregnancy so I really need to get the weight off this time. It seems when I don't use my weeklies I feel starved and deprived, but when I do use them I don't lose any weight. I don't know if this affects it, but I also just started the birth control pill again. Any suggestions?
