Yes, you can certainly do that; however, food sources of fiber are almost certainly better for you than fiber in a powder supplement. The aim of WW and SP is to make healthier food choices, not take more supplements. And in the end, the smoothie will have the same calories, regardless of fiber grams and points. You could boost fiber grams in everything to 4 grams to try to lower the points but you wouldn't be lowering your calories ... in fact, making a habit to lower the points by adding fiber might leave you eating too MANY calories. If you have difficulty getting in fiber or need more due to a gastrointestinal problem or other medical condition, adding fiber powder may be a good option. If you're doing it primarily to lower the points, though, ask yourself why. Maybe you just need to make better food choices.
