I eat both, but seem to eat more fruits, since it is just easier. Lately trying to get back to eating few more veggies each day at dinner time.

I'm a fruit junky. I love my veggies, but there's few of them I can just 'rinse and eat' like I can, say, an apple or a cup of blueberries, or whatever. And while there are a few vegetables I don't particularly care for, I haven't met a fruit yet I didn't like. I try to limit myself to three servings of fruit a day, and get the rest of my 'freggies' through vegetable servings.

Fruit is much easier. I'm always looking for lowcal addons to make veggies tastier like salad dressings, butter spray etc. Fruits are so tasty by themselves.
