Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be
What would it be like if you lived each day, each breath, as a work of art in progress? Imagine that you are a masterpiece unfolding, every second of every day, a work of art taking form with every breath."~Thomas Crum

I am struggling also. Some days I am being LAZY! However, I am trying to WORK at being Healthy and sticking to the Weight Watchers Plus 2012 Program. I am trying to exercise daily. I broke my small right toe so doing Cardio's are out for a little while. However, I can do upper body exercises and chair exercises. I can also walk around my home with a cane. So I am going to say I am starting to again WORK.
I know what you are saying. I am like this, just being a bit virtuous for 2 days!
I haven't been exercising - drinking wine every night etc. etc.
I am trying to turn over a new leaf. I have been feeling self pity thinking I was to have more back surgery, but it is an injection instead at this stage, so onwards and upwards. I had a massage, dry needling and cupping today for 90 minutes. Tomorrow, rain, hail or shine, I am going to do some exercise - even if I am sore!

Here is where I have to be honest. I'm struggling. I"m being lazy. It is easier to not go out for a walk, it is easier to just grab and go. Do I like what i'm doing? NOPE. It isn't working for me. But i'm also not doing much to change it at this point. For me it all comes back to the WHY. Why do I choose to self sabatage instead of proceeding ahead? Working this out has become the hardest part of this journey. Because as soon as I get close to the "MOMENT" I lose it once again and the mojo is gone.
For me it is a work in progress to find the me I want to be.
If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it. - William Arthur Ward
