I "pay" myself a dollar for each workout I complete in my rotation and a bonus dollar for each day that I start my workout by 7:30 AM.

I thing I like the idea of a sticker for each day I'm on plan with tracking/getting in my GHGs. I'll have to start one for myself.

Great ideas on here! I rip pictures of clothes (and sometimes other stuff) I want out of catalogs and magazines. I write on them the pound goal when I can allow myself to buy them and I hang them up where I can see them.

I have a calendar that I put stickers on for every day that I exercise. I also have a reward system in place but I think that I need to adjust it b/c some of my rewards I have already received as presents.

I don't have a goal system set up but am just getting back in the habit of eating well and exercising. For a while, it will probably be new clothes as I start fitting into smaller sizes, then onto other more fun goals as I go.

I'm going to reward my self with some new clothes, once I lose about 5 more pounds and also I'm going to buy a WW cook book or sparkpeople. Just to have lost 10 pounds is rewarding enough for me. emoticon emoticon

oh this reminds me that I need to dig out my quarter jar again.

I keep a big glass jar on my desk in my home office and whenever I do healthy stuff I put a quarter in the jar. I like to reinforce behaviors instead of pounds lost. then when I do want to give myself a "mini reward" I grab the money out of the jar to spend. Like next week I'm getting a mani-pedi

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

My rewards are for the big losses.

Down to 300 -- chef's jacket
Down to 250 -- cooking lessons
Down to 200 -- weekend in Vegas and dinner at Mesa Grill
Goal -- trip to Ireland

I probably need to come up with some small interim rewards.

Do you have a reward system in place for yourself and if so what are you working towards or do you give as a little boost to yourself along the way?

I have a calendar that I fill with stickers. I give myself a sticker on the days I am OP and on track. It is fun to get stickers in all kinds of styles and to see the days add up. I also have a butterfly keychain and braclet to let me know i'm transforming.
