Doing great with WW so far! I did find a couple of answers about my points target and that my calculator is still good. The eTools seems to be an issue though. Went to the local WW again today and asked about it and they couldn't figure it out. They have a call into National HQ and will get back to me.

Yesterday wasn't my day at all I was tired and I took a nap in the morning and in the evening and still was tired by the time I went to bed. So this morning I'm wide awake and ready to go. Right now I'm washing clothes cause I have Bible study tonight and I have to walk on the treadmill and go up and down the stairs today so I'm pretty busy.

Hi! Hoping someone can answer my questions. I had my first WW meeting in a couple of years yesterday. The regular Leader wasn't there and the one that was didn't seem very informed. I asked about eTools and she didn't know anything about it. I tried to go on -line myself yesterday and found out I needed an access code. Do they still normally give out a brochure at your first meeting? Also, the Leader told me my points target was 26. When I was there last, the program had just switched to Point Plus and when I dug out my material last night I found my target used to be 29. And I weigh more now :(. Did they change how they calculate the target? Any other changes? Will my calculator still be good? I hope the Leader who is there next week is much better informed, but I am anxious to be doing this right this week. I appreciate any help!

I put on half a pound last week. Disappointing, but I know I'd started to slip on the logging. I've done this before, and it tends to be once I start to get to know what the points are for the food I'm eating. So this week I'm focusing on ensuring I record everything including the points for food I know. I'd also had quite a lot of cold remedy stuff, so am assuming although I was pretty much within my points that that may have impacted on it.
I notice someone else has asked about the new ww system (think they're launching something new this week, but haven't been able to find out much else about it).

HELP!..........I have a question!
I'm doing the points from the "Flex Plan". What is the difference in these points and the "Points Plus" plan? I'm getting mixed up as far as the points indicate on different WW recipes.

Well now that thanksgiving is over I can get back on track again. I didn't eat too much on thanksgiving either. I am glad it over. Now I have a lot of left overs in my fridge. Gonna make the kids it eat for lunches..

We had to postpone Thanksgiving festivities yesterday due to work schedule issues, but all will take place today. I found some turkey breast at our local Kroger deli that is 98% fat free. I didn't cook the whole bird this year. I've really worked on keeping it healthy.

Good morning to all of my WW friends!
I've been up since 3:45am this morning. My husband gets me up when he leaves for work. I'm still a little but my iced tea will kick in here in just a minute. I sure do enjoy reading all of the posts on my WW groups that I have joined! There is nothing like a bunch of WW's to lift you up and encourage you.
Today, I'm going to be reviewing over my menu and the recipes to see if I can tweak them anymore for healthiness, while still leaving a good taste. I have found that with some recipes, only the ingredients called for can be used....so......that is when my "leave the last bite" kicks in!
I need to go ahead and close for now so I can finish all of my sparking for the morning.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. May you enjoy your dinner with loves ones.
Well I am ready and can't wait for the big day to come as I am making regular dinner and low carb one for me. I am not doing black friday cause it a crazy one. I am gonna play it safe and do all my shopping online. People get so crazy during that day you know. Plus with just moving and everything we gonna let it easy this Christmas as we watching our budget. We told the kids one toy and an outfit. Me and hubby gonna wait till after christmas to buy our gifts. All I want is to be healthy and well.

Good morning gang!
We shopped around and bought our turkey for day this past Saturday. I came across a find that I didn't know about was available. We went to Kroger for the bird and what I came out with was something wonderful. In their Deli, they had turkey breast that was 98% fat free........so, instead of buying a whole bird, I got them to slice me off 3 lbs of that one to serve for Thursday. I'm excited about it and I hope it tastes as good as it looks. That find will really help me in my journey.

Morning wanted to send out hello's to all. Well yesterday evening I came down sick with a very nasty cold. Hubby is Mr.Mom for the weekend. I sure hope this goes away soon. I had a great time spending time with my girlfriend yesterday. We went shopping at the mall and I got couple of things for Christmas but in couple of weeks I will have to go shopping for Christmas presents and then I'll be done. My girlfriend and I walked at the mall and my poor back and knees were sore. I went to Bible study and ate dinner there and after Bible study when I was getting into the car I twisted my right knee again and it felt good cause it doesn't hurt anymore.

Hang in there guys! We're heading into the holidays & the ride can get a little bumpy! I was only down 0.2 lbs this week for a total of 26, thus far! Honestly, since I lost so much last week, I wasn't expecting a loss, altho I've been adhering to the 26 pts/daily for the most part. Good morning all and how was your weekend. Mine was ok I went to church and came back home and just did nothing at all but I did do my Bible study for today cause that is were I'll be going this morning.
I called my mom to see how she was doing and she told me that my brother is flying to Florida to pick up a truck but when I told my daughter about it she said that there is something wrong here. He just bought a truck last year and I would like to know what in the blank is going on. It's strange that he would fly to Florida to get a truck. Or unless he sold his truck to get a new one. That is all I can think of.

Hello Melissa! Honestly, I track both. Reason being is that w/SP, I can see a nutritional breakdown that I don't see on WW's. I know WW is nutritional sound & all but they don't let you see that data like SP does. And I just like SP better... I do WW's so I can track my points.

Morning all. Question? One of the reasons that I love WW is because I don't have to count calories, just points. How do you all track on Spark People? As for my day today, My daughter has a fever and sore throat, so we are staying in today. I have started a chicken soup in the crock pot and plan to do house work today. Hello Twila! Rose here!
SFT stands for Simply Filling Technique (I think it was once called the Core Plan?). Anyway, it's basically a focus on power foods/super foods. Fresh fruits & veggies, whole grains, healthy oils, fat free dairy, & lean meats. You don't have to track (I still do), & you eat when you're hungry. You still get to use the 49 extra points in a week's period. I just followed it this week & lost 4.6 lbs! It worked for me! Good luck!

I got good news to tell you all. I don't need surgery but the doctor told me to loose 50 pounds and start eatting healthy so I did walk to the store and got salad that is all ready made and I started to eat healthy this morning. I just twisted my right knee and when I loose the weight my lower back and my knees will feel much better. And I did ask him if I can go on the treadmill and he said yes but be careful.

I got the water heater and the swich on the circuit breaker was broken also so I got that fixed in the afternoon. Now we have hot water.

This morning my daughter told me that we don't have any hot water so I have to call the office and tell the manager that my hot water heater is out. If it's not one thing it's another. I do feel sorry for Eddy cause he is the only one who works here and he has to get a new heater and go upstairs to my apt and put a new one in.
And my granddaugher don't feel good cause she has a stomack ack and she is hot so she is staying home today from school.
Couple more days until I see the doctor for my knee.

Hi Hunnies I am home! I worked 2 days that were more than 16 hours last week and a few other days with extra hours.. I went home from here Friday to no power-- returned Sunday night at 11pm still no power so we are without power for over a week but we are safe-- we are alive and our home is standing and our kitties are safe. I am blessed.

Wow I been away for awhile. Sorry for being MIA. I sure miss u all. I been one busy person in and out of town and moving. I had to sell my laptop and other stuff. I thought I might of been kick off from all my teams here on spark. Well I am glad I haven't been. The move went well and we almost settle in the new place. The kids start their new school on Monday which be good. I can get back on track again cause I have gained since. Eating a lot of fast foods and junk and sweets hasn't been good. Thank god I have spark people for help and support cause I sure need it. I am here now and would love to help out anyway I can. I have made a new plan on getting back on track. My goals are to start Eating healthy foods, Drink water daily, Exercise more, Log in daily for support.. I need to get back track cause i let myself go and myself down. Plus I want to start losing weight again I miss being in the 100's...
