Jen, I am so glad you can go see Brocky today, drive safely. Glad your pain is better.

Rosie, what fun getting away for a few days. I need to go to Louisville, and I would like to, but I'm doi g so well with staying on plan and exercising I hate to go and risk messing up, but my friend Winnie could use my helo these next two weeks,so I may need to just bite the bullet and go.

I am going to brag a bit on myself here. It took me three tries, but I got a total of 26 minutes in on the TC yesterday. I was so happy with myself. emoticon

Hello ladies :)

Congrats and awesome, Joan, on your weight loss and your TC time :)

So glad you had a nice getaway, Rosie!

I took the day off from basically everything today. Too many steps from too much busy-ness this past week and my body was aching and paining. I feel much better now and am looking forward to getting back on track again tomorrow :)
And tomorrow is Brocky Day ... no snow and ice so I will definitely get to see my boy ... yay!

arrrrh, I just wrote this long post for it to just disappear. So long story short, I was down 2.75

I was up .4 ... no big deal :) I had two weeks of losses in a row so I kind of figured I'd either maintain or gain this week. Still actually under my WW goal weight so it's all good anyway.

Hope your TOPS meeting went well, Joan :) And yay for continued SF!

I've been hit and miss (mostly miss) with the SF but I found a cute little calendar for $1 at Target and I'm going to start the sticker thing tomorrow ... maybe it will prove to be the motivation I need :)

Hi Rosie, and Jen,
today is my TOPS meeting and weigh in. I've done everything by the book again this week, only difference is I have added the TC to my activity, and even though I'm not doing a lot of minutes on it as of yet, I can tell its using different muscles. I'm so proud of Ruthann, she up to 20 minutes all at one time. Best I did yesterday was six minutes, but I had to stop at minute 4 and take a breather. I'll get there, and I'm going to keep plugging alone.

Fingers crossed that the scale will be nice to me today. Oh and I now have 19 days without sugar.....color me happy. emoticon

Hope your weighin goes well Jen, and you enjoyed your meetings.

Joan hang in there our bodies are strange that 2 pounds will be off in no time, if you stick to it, also it could be sodium, dink lots of water to flush it out. I know we have gone through menopause but I still find that once a month I put on weight even when I am good but after a few days of staying strong it comes off.

Thanks, Rosie ... I don't foresee any problems getting to see my Brocky this weekend ... at least the missed visits are extremely few and far between :)

Joan ... I would bet money that you are up on the scale because you've added some new activity. You're using a different set of muscles than you usually do and they're probably responding to the use by holding onto lactic acid and other fluids. I am absolutely certain that those 2 lbs, plus some, will come off in a matter of days.

Our roads are clear and I am getting out of the house today! Yay! I usually go somewhere every day because I get to feeling confined if I don't and I haven't been out since early Sunday morning before the ice showed up. I NEED out of this house, lol! Going to Weight Watchers, the library, the grocery store, and maybe a little fun shopping as well :)

Was kind of sporadic with the eating this week because of the lack of routine again so we'll see what the scale says and get back on board with the program 100% again :)

I have a complaint this morning. I got on the scale this morning and its up by about 2 pounds. I don't understand because im eating right in my calorie range, I'm still off sugar, and I'm. exercising everyday. It's so frustrating when your doing everything we are told and the scale does not want to work with us. Very frustrated for sure.

Hello ladies :)

This weekend's weather looks OK emoticon ... looks like they're forecasting rain but I can drive in that. I can even do snow and thunderstorms but ice is where I draw the line ;) And yes, for sure, I have always been very thankful for his home and the people who work there ... and for all of the others out there just like it. Somewhat disconcerting when you hear news about the bad ones though but all I can do is pray for my 'boy' and his protection.

School was cancelled for today so I have my girlies home again today :) My 22 year old works for the community college here and when they cancel classes she doesn't have to go to work (and she gets PAID too!) so maybe we will spend the day with a puzzle and some games :)

Slow and steady wins the race on that treadclimber, Joan! And lol about the hard breathing ... I know how you feel because of my darn elliptical ... actually gets my heart rate up enough that I start to wonder if I should be doing it, lol!

Hello ladies :)

Joan ... Brocky is 21 and lives in a residential placement facility (he has autism and moderate to severe mental retardation) 35 miles away. I hope he didn't have a really bad day yesterday without his home visit ... he would not understand why I didn't show up and that's actually the hardest part of the whole deal :/ But we do bring him home every Sunday and this was only the 2nd or 3rd time we've not been able to get him in the 8 years he's been there.

Slow and steady progress on the Treadclimber ... you'll be up to higher amounts of time before you know it! I imagine it's AWESOME cardio and a GREAT leg workout!
I need to have hubby modify my elliptical somehow so that I can go longer than 2 minutes on it ... I'm too short for it and the angle and reach of the bars is off for me.

Great step count, Rosie ... always fun to make and break goals and levels :)

Our ice storm wasn't as bad as originally forecast because the temps hovered at and just above freezing. Still bad but could have been a LOT worse. I'm in for the day and hubby made it to work just fine so we're all good here :)

Jen, so sorry the weather didnt cooperate with your being able to go visit your son. How old is he?

Rosie, great job on the steps. I actually got six minutes in on the TC, it took me three tries but I got there. I still got my 80 minutes on the bike.

This morning I have a Chiropractor appointment which I reallg need its been two weeks. Hope you both have a great day and a great week.

Getting in here early in case we lose power later ...

Awesome, Joan, for SF and for the treadclimber. Lol, you on the treadclimber sounds like me on my elliptical ... except that I'm only up to 2 minutes at a time right now even after all this time (I'm actually too short for it so the angle is off so it makes it more difficult than it should be). Good luck and have fun with it!

Had to cancel the home visit with my Brocky today :( Just can't risk the drive with the sleet/freezing drizzle/freezing rain. 35 miles (times 4) on hilly, curvy roads with ice is just not safe any way you look at it. The saddest part is that Brocky will not understand why I didn't show up and will be upset and that will make for a rough day/evening for everybody at his home :(

I am likely housebound for today, and tomorrow too, so I will stay safe and warm ... hope you do as well if this Jupiter storm is going to affect you at all too!

The Treadclimber (TC) is all assembled. My first walk on it I lasted 30 seconds. Came back about an hour later and did 1 minute and 30 seconds. Thought I might die, but I didn't emoticon thia morning I hekd out for 2 full minutes, now I'm on my bike. I am going to take this TC slow abd easy as nit to get hurt.

And yikes on that back pain ... that does not sound good at all! I'm glad it isn't so debilitating that you can't function though.

My back is pretty much all better now ... haven't had much of any pain at all today.
Missed my SF today ... was out with my daughters and we went to Orange Leaf. At least it was frozen yogurt and not ice cream but it was still sugar. Ah well ... a good time well spent with the girls so it was worth it :D

Enjoy your treadclimber, Joan ... sounds fun, and also a bit challenging!

Still looking like sleet/freezing rain/snow tomorrow ... may have to just skip the visit :/

Jen, so glad your back is doing better. I have constant lower back pain from compressed and bulging disc, but like you I jeep plugging alone. If the ice shows up just stay safe.

My big news is my weigh in from yesterday. I lost 3 pounds. Today I'm beginning my day 14 without sugar. I am so happy with myself. emoticon

I hit 3 today :)

My back is SOOO much better today! Did my Leslie Sansone and treadmill this morning with NO twinges emoticon Still the occasional twinge here and there if I twist or move 'just so' but I'm planning to go to bed early and hopefully sleep off the rest of the stiffness and soreness. Weight Watchers meeting tomorrow and hopefully home visit with my son on Sunday (freezing rain in the forecast ... may not get to see him emoticon ).

Good morning Rosie, and Jen,

I now have 12 days in a row with stickers on my calendar meaning....I've been on track and on plan for 12 full days....., and I feel so great about that.

Jen, when I lived in Louisville I would do the same thing I would take in more than one meeting a week at times. I so miss my group in Louisville, KY, and they do have some meetings in Owensboro, but their not a good time for me, and they are 25 miles away one way.

Rosie, hope you have something fun planned for the weekend. We are going to have rain throughout the weekend, and yesterday it was 60 degrees at 6 a.m. and this morning its in the 30's so I know the temp will drop some more before 6 a.m., since its only 3 a.m. now.

This will be my first official weigh in at TOPS for the year, and I'm excited. I've worked hard these past two weeks, and my scales is showing I've done quite well, just hope the TOPS scale shows it as well.

Another SF day for me emoticon

My back is considerably better today, only a few twinges here and there and I didn't even yelp getting out of bed this morning, lol, but I decided to take it easy again just to make sure I get back to 100% ASAP (hopefully tomorrow!). Did do my Walk Away the Pounds and 30 minutes of 'easy walking'.

Hope you had a good shopping trip with your sister, Joan, and enjoy your meeting tomorrow!

I like my Weight Watchers meetings so much that I go to two of them every week ... Wednesday and Saturday :)

Yay for more SF!

And I got my first day SF :D Woohoo!

Thanks for the thoughts/advice for my back :) It's STILL sore today but a little bit better. I have fibromyalgia so whenever I do pull a muscle or hyperextend or any of the things I do it takes FOREVER to get back to normal :( But I am VERY careful with my movements, especially my back, because both my brother AND my sister have had back surgeries and ongoing issues and I really, really don't want to go down that road (I even quit a job with no notice because I felt a twinge in my back and said ''that's it for me"!). So even if it sounds like I'm doing too much, what I AM doing is done slowly and carefully ;)

Glad your headache is gone, Rosie ... they sure can make life miserable!

I get to add another sticker to my calendar for yesterday. emoticon

Jen, be extra careful with your back. I have back problems as well and when mine gets cranky my Chiropractor telks me to just do some stretching exercises for a few days and nothing more than that, so far its been working.

Rosie, I also love my cheese and can over do it so easily. I have been slicing it super thin and wejghing out my 1 ounce, it makes me feel like I'm getting more when its thin. The other thing abkut the cheese its loaded with sodium.

Yay for more SF for you both! I will be done with my frozen bars tonight and ready to roll tomorrow :D
Managed to do my regular exercise today even though my back is STILL sore ... it's better day by day but still hurts with certain movements. It could always be worse though so I'm very thankful that I'm still up and moving :)

We had freezing rain here this morning that made the sidewalks and driveways a sheet of ice :/ The roads themselves weren't too bad but it was getting TO the car that was the hard part! Sun came out this afternoon and melted any ice that wasn't in the shade so it's much better now :)

Jen I am like Joan, if I had those ice creams in my freezer I wouldn't be happy till their gone, I just can't have any type of sweet things in the house, plus cheese I am pretty greedy when it comes to cheese.

Hello ladies :)

The back is still sore and stiffens when I sit for too long but it IS much better than yesterday and I was able to do my preplanned exercise (albeit slower and very careful with form). Hoping for better sleep tonight since it's not so painful and hopefully back to normal by morning :)

Finishing off my WW ice cream bars tomorrow and then I'll be starting a SF streak, too :D At least one 4 SP treat per day is the ONLY sugar I've been eating since the first ... I'm happy about that :)

Good morning Ladies,
I was not sure how I was going to feel about not going to my sister's for Sunday diner, but I know it was the right decision, because I was at Peace all day yesterday. I didn't have to be tempted by desserts and even when I have turned them down that would be all I could or woukld think about after I would come home, causing me to want to continue eating until bedtime. That was not the case yesterday, and this morning I can add another sticker to my calendar and keep moving forward.

Slept wrong last night and my back is on vacation today so I just did some 'easy walking' today for exercise. I should be back up to normal function tomorrow.
Today was our home visit day with our son :) He lives in a residential placement facility about 35 miles away so I do look forward to Sundays when we get to see him :D

If you are following your plan most of the time, the occasional 'splurge' isn't going to do too much damage. We aren't going to be able to go through our entire lives eating 'perfectly' according to whatever plan we're following so try not to beat yourself up for enjoying something you rarely have :) And you stayed SF so you've still got your streak going ... emoticon

I stayed SF but eat way to much of the wrong foods, I am doing LCHF but we went out today and I had a lovely toasted sandwich with French fries, I have t had French fries in months and I shouldn't have the bread, well tomorrow is another day.

very cold here in Kentucky, but it could be so much worse. I'm going to work on my menu today fir the upcoming week. I want to be prepared, which means making a gricery list and a trip to the stire, but the store visit can wait until Monday.

The weekends can be filled with lots of food temptations, but remember your goals and make good choices.

Sorry I couldn't get on here yesterday, the Internet is playing up grrrrrrr.

We are doing good Joan, I am on my 5 day SF, some days are harder then others.

Jen so sorry you are feeling sad that is understandable, I miss my Dad terribly and it's over 3 years since he's been gone, some days I just need to have a good cry. Then I think of all the happy times we had and remember his smile.

Stay strong ladies, I know the weekend is some times harder but we can do this.

Good morning Ladies,
Jen, I know all too well how those days can put you in the dumps. My husband has been gone 3 years it will be 4 this October, I was out shopping over the holidays and a certain Christmas carol began to play. I felt such a wave of saddness, but I survived and I kniw you will too. Dont be hard on yourself for these feelings that's part of the healing process.

We have snow this morning and my TOPS meeting has been cancelled, but unlike previous times when I would have looked at this as a reason to bust a gut, I won't I'm staying on olan and on track. emoticon

I was up for leg work today but they're still sore and recovering from Tuesdays total body workout so I just doubled up on the Walk Away the Pounds and called it good.
Glad I got that in bright and early because I've kind of fallen apart the rest of the day ... tomorrow will be one month since my mom passed away and Tuesdays and Thursdays were the days I went to her house and now that hubby and kids are back to work and school I am alone and having a hard time keeping myself busy :/ Definitely going to have to figure out something to do on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I don't spend them moping and wallowing. Hoping tomorrow will be better.

Awesome job on 2 days SF for both of you emoticon emoticon emoticon

I think I may actually be able to convince the family to eat the rest of the WW ice cream treats so hopefully I'll be going SF here pretty soon :)

I've done my Walk Away the Pounds for 3 days in a row now and I've also been on the treadmill, the exercise bike, AND the elliptical (not as long on that one ... it is extreme cardio for me, totally wipes my legs out!). Very pleased with my activity progress thus far emoticon

Got my peeps back to work and school this morning and now I can finally get back to some semblance of a normal routine ... I really, really need this and feel like I can start figuring out my new normal and move forward from here.

Jen those WWs ice creams are always nice, but when I brought them I wasn't happy until they were all gone, that was a few years ago now.

Joan well done in getting another SF day,

I have also got emoticon emoticon Days in a row, now I am hoping to get another day in, I did my exercise and have already got my steps, hope to get some more. Yesterday I did 14,000 so I was very happy with that, I aim for 60,000 a week.

Hello ladies :)
While I wasn't sugar free yesterday (I have to finish off 2 boxes of Weight Watchers ice cream treats I found in the freezer while I was cleaning out the fridge and reorganizing the freezer ... those things are too expensive just to toss ... at least they're only 4 SP each) I WAS within my points and I DID get my exercise in and that makes me very happy.
All of my digestive and elimination issues have resolved themselves so I appear to be good to go. My ankles were bothering me yesterday but I went very slow and easy with the activity and they seem to be better this morning.
I'm off to a good start and hope that all of you continue on that way as well :)

Happy New Year to all of you.

Rosie, I saw the fireworks in Dubai on the news last night, and it was amazing to say the least. Oh Rosie, that would be so cool if one day we could meet up, as I've told you, ''you have an open invitation from me." emoticon

This morning I began my New year with a 30 minute bike ride, I tried everything I could think of to talk myself out of it....I know that's not what I was suppose to do.....but, it didn't work, I kept hearing this little voice in my head say, ''you have to start somewhere," so that was exactly what I did was I started with 30 minutes.

I want this to be the year I get it right, now don't get me wrong, this does not mean I won't have speed bumps, pot holes and detours, but I know there is no reason I cannot be prepared for these things. So come join me, lets work on getting this sugar monkey off our backs, and lets not expect that to happen over night. We all know ''this is a journey not a destination." Let's walk this journey together, and that also will add more steps.

Happy new year, to all you lovely ladies, it's funny but ourNew Year comes before yours, and where I am from in Australia the New Year happens before anyone else. They have a huge fire works display happening here in Dubai they have the biggest one in the world, we saw it last year so we want go this year as its a public holiday and there are so many tourist it gets very busy, we might go to the movies instead.

I want to thank you Joan, for also being here for me, we both have stayed strong and we have had our ups and down in our weights, but we have never given up. Thank you my lovely friend love you. ( you never know one day we might meet each other that would be fun)

Happy New Year's Eve, Rosie, Beth, Sue, and Jen,
here we are right on the heels of 2017. I don't like to make a resolutions due to I will break it before the ink gets dry. However, making a list of things that I have done this year I like to do. Looking back its been a really good year for me, in every way.

1. I actually weigh less than I did this time last year.

2. Financially I've had not problems meeting my bills, and have even been able to save a little money as well.

3. Even though I'll never be perfect on any program I try, I never give up.

4. I even made amends with one of my sister's that I had been estranged with for several years. Now this is not to say I do not tread with caution, but its a start.

All in all 2016 has been a good year for me, with detours and bumps in the road, but without those detours and bumps I could not have made my list today. As we head into 2017, remember one thing above everything else, ''no matter how disappointed we may get with ourselves, to someone else we are priceless."

Happy New Year my friends, and a special thank you to Sweet Rosie, for always sticking with me. Love you so much.

Thanks for the thoughts and well wishes ... I'm definitely on the mend :)

Still not fully back on board with the program though ... it's SO hard to climb back on the wagon when you fall off! But I WILL do it!

I totally agree with the sugar addiction theory ... I know a lot of people don't think it's true but it absolutely IS an addiction, just as much as any other drug or habit.
I am also going to start strong with this new year and start up a streak and keep it going ... for my overall health and my quality of life.

Jen, I've had allergic reaction's to medication as well and trust me that is no picnic at all.

Rosie, good job getting those steps in. I have no meeting today at TOPS but I'm pleased to say I'm still on track and really feeling good about that.

Sue, keeping sugar out of my life is a daily battle. My addiction to the sugary stuff is as bad as any drug user or Alcoholic, and to be clean I have to remind myself, ''One Day At A Time," good luck on your journey.

Hello ladies :)

I actually managed to eat on-plan today emoticon but I didn't get to my Walk Away the Pounds emoticon

Turns out that, in addition to the antibiotic induced yeast infection the Bactrim left me with, I am also allergic to the Bactrim (sulfa). I look like I've got a pretty good sunburn going on with some lovely rashy spots as well. Pretty much burning and itching all over ... sigh.
I'm telling you, it's just one thing after another! So now I'm taking Benadryl and a different antibiotic and keeping my fingers crossed, lol!
Just wasn't feeling up to Walk Away the Pounds because exercise causes a histamine response for me too and I didn't want to push my luck with an already compromised system.
I'll get there someday! Hopefully by tomorrow the burn and itch will be gone and I'll be good to go :)

Sue ... I LOVE the charms from Weight Watchers! I've got a 'bling ring' with quite a few charms I've accumulated over the past several years :) Hoping to get the 25 pound star sometime this next year and I will for sure be getting another gold key for another year of maintenance in April :)

Hi Rosie and all!

I loved my meeting today. I got my time charm for 2017 and added it to an old Weight Watchers pearl bracelet that you keep track of the points you eat daily I took the old clip off it and added my 2017 time charm. So I will have points in my tracker and on my wrist...i
We all need to move on and start the new year early! I especially need to quite the sugar. I am type 2 diabetic and if my A1C goes up to 8, I will have to go on another med with my Metformin. My blood sugar level has been up to 285 and that is ridicules and I need to get with it emoticon and stop the sugar, starch and desserts

We can all do it together and I need my meeting support and all I can get.

Hi ladies,
So glad you got through the Chritmas break Jen, for some reason I get UTi so do 3 of my daughters, cranberry juice is really good also Cranberry tablets help a lot. Well done in getting back on track with your diet plan.

Joan it's a new year soon, I think we should try and stay away from the sugar, we can do it one week at a time, I know we both feel so much better with out it.

We can do it ladies we are here to cheer each other on.

It's the weekend here tomorrow our weekends are Fri and Sat I am going food shopping and getting lots of healthy food.

Hi Jen, so glad the holiday weekend went as well as it could have. Also sorry about your UTI, next time drink cranberry juice, much better for you than the coffee and tea, or that is what I've been told. Myself, never have had one either and I'm good with that. emoticon So glad your not waiting until Jan. 1st. to get back on track, you know the old saying, ''no time, like the present." I also used to do Walk Away The Pounds, I may need to dig that one out as a starter.

Good morning from Kentucky Rosie, I hope your having a good week. I found out last night that our TOPS group has been cancelled for tomorrow, two of the main people that need to be there for each meeting have had a death in their family, so the leader of our group decided it was best to just call it off. I'm okay with that, and I've been on track the last two days, and I'm happy with myself.

Hi Beth, hope all is well with you. Love hearing about your OA program. I did OA many years ago and lost 100 pounds, getting off the sugar was brutal, but once I did, I stayed away from it for 5 whole years. Good luck.

Hello ladies,

I made it through Christmas Eve and Christmas ... there were some tears but there was also much joy and sharing and family time to hold us all together too. And I feel like I can start moving forward now, like there's been a 'lightening' of sorts. Hubby and the girls will be back to work and school next week and then I'll really be able to get back to some old routines and will have to create some new ones as well but I think I'm up to it now.

The Christmas weekend was complicated for me somewhat with a UTI, yay me, lol. I've never had one before but the symptoms are pretty obvious so I spent Saturday, Sunday, and then Monday too because the doctors offices were closed for the holiday, drinking massive amounts of water, tea, and coffee to try to flush it out as much as possible. Got to the doctor yesterday and got an antibiotic so I'm on the mend. I'm just glad it wasn't TOO horribly painful because I've heard they can be really bad sometimes.

And I'm there with you, Joan, as far as getting back to the exercise again. I really want and need to get back to my Walk Away the Pounds. I always have good intentions the night before to get up early and get some in but then I somehow never manage to get it done. Hopefully tomorrow I can change that.

I HAVE decided that I'm not waiting until January 1st to get back on track with the eating AND the exercise. I stocked up my fruits and veggies today and I will be eating on-plan tomorrow. And I WILL try REALLY hard to get at least 10 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds in ... gotta start slow and work my way up again so I don't set the fibro off.
That's my plan! I'll check in tomorrow and let you know how it goes :)

Hi Ladies,
I know what you mean about having me time, I think most of us like to have a bit if that. Joan why don't you try 10mins a day on your bike to start with and each day add a minute, that's what I do when I don't feel like exercising it seems to make me want to get more mins in.

I got my 10,009 steps in today, and I am staying strong with my food plan, been of sugar for awhile now I take one day at a time.

Good morning Rosie, Beth, & Jen,
I did enjoy my little bit of shopping. To be honest I wasn't as much into the shopping as I was I just needed some 'me time'', and the only way I was going to get that was get away from the family. Love them all, but have been spending way too much time with them. emoticon Who know they may very well feel the same way. emoticon

I'm back on track with my eating, now if I could just get motivated to get back on that bike, so far I haven't talked myself into it, but I keep hoping something will hit me, and I"ll get motivated to get back to daily riding.

I haven't done much today had a lazy day, but yesterday I got 19,000 steps in, I feel happy when I want to exercise and get at least 10,000 steps a day in.

Good morning Rosie, Jen, and Beth,
I loved Christmas and all the work that goes alone with it, but if I had to be honest, I"m glad its over with. Now I can get back to just an uneventful lifestyle. emoticon I did not overdo it during the holiday's which I am very happy about and very proud of myself, and I have my meal plan for the week all ready to go. I'll probably go to the grocery here in a bit to pick up a couple of things I need, other than that, not planning on doing much of anything today. Wishing all of you a happy, healthy day.

Hi Rosie, I noticed your online at the same time I am. emoticon

Good morning Beth and Jen as well. I have to admit it was a nice little get together yesterday, and I had to laugh when people began to open up the dishes they brought. Three people including myself all brought a dessert and each of them were some form of Angel Food cake, emoticon . Our saving grace came when the newest member brought packages of roast beef, and ham and some thin slices of Swiss cheese, and Rosie, brought what she calls pea salad, but it was not like the pea salad my sister has always made this one did not have mayo and bacon in it, and I actually loved it.

I was also down 3/4's of a pound and in my opinion anything I could lose over the holidays is excellent.

Hello ladies,
Thanks for the continued support, my friends :) I have discovered that one day at a time is the best way to play right now. I listen to my KLOVE radio station most of the time and the Christmas music and lights on the tree are also very soothing to me so that's nice. I am a little anxious for the family gathering tomorrow but I think we're all doing relatively well now so I think we'll all be OK :)

Good luck at your TOPS meeting, Joan! I know for the holidays my main goal has always been just to maintain.

Good morning Rosie, Beth and Jen,
today is my TOPS meeting and if I stay the same this week I'll be happy. I have stayed away from my sister's house where she has all that homemade stuff, and I've been riding my bike this week as well, but don't really feel as if I've lost anything, so as I said if I can stay the same I'll be happy.
