I go to jazzercise 2 times a week, walk in the basement in the winter,but like walking outside best. Bonnie

I love it outside in the winter. I still walk everyday. I usually use ski poles to keep me up. I also use the Y for my Zumba and water aerobics.

As much as I hate indoor workouts, I move inside! I use the dreadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and arc trainer at the YMCA. I also have a dreadmill at home and use aerobic videos.

I mainly work out inside-dvds at home or zumba/salsacise classes at a community centre

I have a gym membership which I use relatively regularly, about 3 times a week, and it includes an indoor track. Although I forego my regular outdoors training sessions, I do increase my gym time and it balances out... somewhat.

The biggest change is I do bowling league instead of golf league in the winter. I also don't walk outside. But the rest is the same throughout the year, I use my elliptical or DVDs at home. Or I go to the gym where I do classes such as Zumba Gold, walk on the treadmill, do the rowing machine, arc trainer or one of my 3 strength training routines.

When it's real cold, I use my treadmill or use a Leslie Sansone (WATP)dvd, but I love outside walking with it's a little cool. I live in South FL, so I don't have to worry about the snow.

I only walk so I hit the Malls, stores, where I can. May be there two hours or more but only record 1 hour of walking, because sometimes it's not steady. I look at things or sit down. Getting Old.

When the weather permits I walk outside but I also attend fitness classes inside and use the gym. So come the rain and cold I walk on the treadmill along with all the other stuff.

I mostly use the treadmill. I need a new belt on mine so haven't been using it as much lately, have been trying to use the Wii Fit, maybe I should dig out my old video tapes and see if they still work.

Simera - What Wii exercise games do you like? I have a Wii Fit which is great if I'm playing with the kids but I have hard time using it for a good work out for some reason. Looking for any suggestions.

Since I live in Alaska that's a major challenge in the winter. I have Wii Fit, a mini-trampoline, and we have a walking track above our ice skating rink so I try and do laps there.

Motivation is really hard in the winter since it's so cold and DARK. But I'm committed to staying focused this winter.

I have the Leslie Sansone walking DVD's that I can substitute. Fortunately we still have mostly good days year round here in Florida although last winter was really brutal by our standards.

I do DVD's I have alot of walking ones and some great cardio and evena few Jillian Micheal's. I also do the Wii several of those as well.
Hope to get a treadmill to add to the mix.
Sometimes I go to the mall and walk

I have a variety of dvd's I use inside, mostly in the winter.
I go to a "Fitness after 50" class 2x a week and when I can, 3x a week.
I know I need to do it for myself to look and feel better. The exercise is SO IMPORTANT. emoticonemoticon
