It's just because of the way WW calculates points, including the fat and the fiber but capping fiber at 4 grams. If I have 1/2 cup of Fiber One cereal it is 0 points. But if I have a whole cup, it's 2 points. Same thing for the zero point Progresso soups.

Hope,

We'd need more information. What are you mixing it with? Does what you are mixing it with contain fat grams or fiber grams?

Something with 200 calories, 3 grams fat, 5 grams fiber is 3 points. Something 110 calories, 3 grams fat, 5 grams fiber is 2 points. I'll guess and say you're mixing the slimfast stuff with one cup of skim milk. So then your shake is 3 points for one serving.
