I know I haven't been extremely active on this team, but I have had good opportunity to connect with several of you. So I did want to let you know that I am about to say "good-bye" to the 130-villle.
I had reached a point of frustration towards the end of summer after traveling and putting on some of those pounds I had just worked to take off. I knew it could take me a month to get those pounds back off and I still would have about 10 more pounds to work off to reach my goal. DH and I had been introduced to the HCG drops plan and were impressed with it's potential. Both if us started the plan about 5 weeks ago. We are very pleased with the results we are seeing. I was able to quickly take off the travel pounds I had put on plus enough more that I am currently in my "final five" stretch. This morning I saw 120's on the scale for the first time in years!! Of course, I was barely there - 129.8 - but with the plan I know it will keep going down, usually a little, .2-.6 pounds, daily. I do want to be sure I'm below the 130 mark for about a week before I bid farewell to 130-ville. But I must say that I am very excited about this move!!
