I was in the 130vile last year around thxgiving. then, i let my guard down during the holidays and etc etc.. so, when i weight myself this month, i had to leave 130ville :(.

im just checking in here as a mental note to myself that yes, I will earn my rite to come back to 130ville. mark my words. Hopefully by June 20th.

Unexpectedly I'm 138.2 this morning! Normally I would have waited until Monday to weight myself but want to start the Valentine's Day challenge today. I haven't been eating as well as I hoped since I started WW, but I guess it's making a difference!

139. eat out more this wk... had no idea o the border fish taco has 500 cal!!!!! and it wasnt even that gd..!! unbelievable! I thought fish is healthy....!

I think i will stay away from on the border for now. or eating out period. I just dont underdstand what they put in those food to make it that fattening.... butter?!

yes, i think to stop eating out is the solutions.... I have a check up this fri. that should be the tell it all sign.... want to be 135 by year end!

139 so far so gd... not missing the drinks. slowly cutting back on salty food.

last nite dinner, for somereason, i got really hungry.. so, i had about 500-600 cal worth of food, which is high. normally i have 200-300... very strange... just got very hungry.... So, instead of working out, i went grocery shopping... Hehehehehe

maybe its my body adjusting back to normal feeding scheudule? maybe i ate too much few wks back, so, the body was getting used to new schedule?

we will see. I upped my veggie. hopefully it will do the trick. yeeehaaa

had a foodie wk, so, the weight is up. @140. Almost had a heart attack when i saw the number... but, no need to stress. I think some of it is the water retention from MSG...etc in the restaurant food.... I do feel bloated...

I started the #Fit2feast spark ppl challenge. Im going to cut alcohol and workout everyday at least 10 min. And Most importantly, stop eating out so often....

I just finished weight training tonite. arms are so sore. its about 200 cal I burned. and to think it is just about 2 beers which I could easily drink .... Almost cried....

I know the strength takes time to build, but, it was not fun in the process... honestly, it is so easy to put on weight...#fit2feast is a great idea.... im going to aim for 137-136 by the end of nov.... such a humbling experience.

our body is honest. and im glad i caught myself before its too late....

day one of the 29 day challenge...

hovering around 137... a bit loose on food. so, not seeing much progress. but, im ok with it. in the sense i didnt mindless eat or emotional eat. so, it was a great thing to learn to listen to my body.. to feel full. to feel ok without the mindless eating... its an interesting finding, to see food as food, not a relaxer...

i dont crave artificial sweets anymore. i do have beers/wine.. i know if i cut those back, i will make much faster progress. everything in moderation. i dont think i can go wthiout wine forever for life. I do however, not drink to unwind. basically i like the taste of it. so, i drink a beer, or a glass of wine with food. here and there. especially when i have spicy seafood, i like to pair it with cold lager...

all is good. weight lifting tmrw. i actually do miss working out. something is amiss if my body isnt moving daily... :D

Congrats RunnerRachel!!

I was stressing out so much the last 3 months, gained back into 140-ville. So I stopped stressing and stuffing my face and focused on what I should be eating and BOOM! Back into 130-ville!! Just weighted in this morning at 137.6!!!!!

I've had a really rough month. I'm suffering from chronic pain from something (could be back, foot, or piriformis related), and exercise, while doable, usually puts me in so much pain the next day that it's really not worth it.

So I'm recommitting to calorie counting, and I'm going to get the very best results that I can with that and strength training. If it were up to me, I would walk/run my butt off, but that's just not happening!
