Veronika, I set aside one day for baking for my house--Saturday. So I get some that evening after dinner, but my kids and husband have eaten all of it by Sunday night.
Also, I make lots of things in muffin tins--portion control is my biggest problem.

thats a big problem for me, because i always try my stuff but i want to lose weight. how do you handle this problem?
one week ago i bought a book called the cake diet and its got low calorie recipes in it. i hope that will help.
