Sorry to hear. I hope you are feeling abit better. Just think of the fast food as pain medication that you were addicted to (like pills) now you done with it you can get back into a routine of things again. I hope it isn't too hard. Take care, Jenn

Well, I've ended up becoming MIA again. On, Thursday I got into a car accident on the freeway on my way to work. It was a four car pile up and I was somewhat in the middle (second car from the back). My car ended up okay but I have incredibly bad whiplash and I hit my knee (the very bad one) on my dash board. I am in so much pain and lost two days of work which I cannot afford. Also, I don't have health insurance yet so I can't go to the doctor. Just have to stick it out. So, for the last two days I have been hurling myself off the wagon. I have eaten fast food at least six times in the last two days and lots of candy. Well, I'm ready to get back on track and eat healthy along with exercise. Thank you to all the friends who kept checking in on me. It was really appreciated. Brandy
