I have submitted a few low-calorie muffins which are tasty and healthy! They include vegan mini banana oatmeal muffins, vegan mini blueberry muffins and vegan pumpkin raisin muffins.

These are not lo cal but I make them for kids parties. Rice Krispies, spread them out on a cookie sheet. Add peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, nuts of any kind, and cover with melted chocolate, and sprinkles. Once chocolate is harden, about 5 min in frig, then you will not want to stop eating them.

The other is marshmallows on a lollypop stick, dipped in melted chocolate and let stand till cholate hardens.

emoticon Enough of anything and you will gain, but anything in moderation is okay! I definately have a sweet tooth and one of my favorites that I just made yesterday is moist muffins made with 1 chocolate cake mix and 1 can of pure pumpkin. Just those two ingredients, nothing else (no eggs, no oil etc;) Bake according to pkg directions for cupcakes. Or you can spread in a cake pan and they come out just like moist brownies. Delicious!

Another fav is Hungry Girl Smore's...Cool Whip Free with semi-choc mini chips, mini marshmallows mixed together than layered between two graham crackers. Freeze...enjoy as you desire.

I am looking for stuff you can eat and not gain. I have bought the shortbread which is l00 calories, but I also like stuff you can bake and not add to your weight. Any ideas?
