1 package cake mix 1 can Diet pop (for chocolate cake use diet pepsi or diet coke for white cake mix use diet sierra mist or diet 7 up)
Mix cake mix , egg whites only (some mixes call for 2 eggs others 3 eggs so just whatever the mix calls for, and 1 can diet pop. (NO water or oil) Bake as directed on box Frost with fat free cool-whip cut into 18 pieces (if you are doing weight watchers this is 2 pts per slice )
Anyone want to share some yummy and healthy recipes? I am looking for some I can use for the Holidays like cookies, cakes and of course pies. My favorite pie is the pumpkin. I have been looking for a healthy one of those for a while and haven't found anything that actually still tastes great. Something the kids would love too.
