Fatigued To Fantastic. I found that the concepts that he taught have really started me off to a better quality of life. The author, Jacob Teitelbaum, MD has fibromyalgia himself and shared things that he learned.

"HALF-ASSED" by Jennette Fulda. A memoir detailing her 200+ pound weight loss. Starting a a morbidly obese 370+ pounds, she eventually got down to a healthy 180 pounds. (She's 5'9"). Not a diet advice book, it instead focuses on the epiphanies she had along the way. Very witty and funny, there were many passages that made me laugh out loud.
