Herb ox has a sodium free ouillon, but you have to look for it. Or find a store that is willing to order it for you. More & more regular stores are carrying low sodium foods. Also, watch out for the chickens you boil for broth. A lot of the raw chickens now have salt added.

Go to your local organic store. They will have it. Personally I make my own withour salt, by using a chicen carcass, and add herbs, either way it works.

Are there any low soodium boullion cubes? I cook a lot and boullion cubes have a lot of salt?
