You can find lots of low-sodium baking and cooking stuff at www.healthyheartmarket.com, if you can't find the Herb-Ox low-so versions in your local supermarket.
On the internet, nobody knows your socks don't match.
Herb ox has a sodium free ouillon, but you have to look for it. Or find a store that is willing to order it for you. More & more regular stores are carrying low sodium foods. Also, watch out for the chickens you boil for broth. A lot of the raw chickens now have salt added.
Go to your local organic store. They will have it. Personally I make my own withour salt, by using a chicen carcass, and add herbs, either way it works.

Are there any low soodium boullion cubes? I cook a lot and boullion cubes have a lot of salt?
