I have lots of recipes that have lower sodium content in soups. Keep in mind if it says to add salt don't. If it need chicken broth make your own or buy the 25% less sodium soups. I'm in the middle of another exam for University, but I'll forward some to you by the weekend

The article with that title has a long list of soups with less than 600 mg of sodium per serving. Myself, I look for less than 300, since I usually want to have crackers or bread with my soup and still keep the entire meal under 600 mg. But there are even a few under-300 soups on the list! If you can't find the article just by going to the Diet & Motivation page, you can go to *my* sparkpage (click the link on my icon to the left) and then look under "My SparkFavorites" for a link to the article.
