Well, I just sold my exercise recumbent bike. I hated to do it and I lost money on the deal but there's no point in hanging on to it if the doctor says I can't use it. Let someone else have it that can make good use of it.
Bob seems to be doing a little better today. Not as many bathroom trips, so that's good.

Yesterday i slipped up and ate a lot like i did prior to my diet, but this time i decided to log everything, if i was going to eat like i didn't care i was at least going to know how far away from "recommended" it was going to be my sodium came in at a staggering 9010mg i had no idea that was approximately how much i had been consuming daily. I'm glad I listen to the guidelines today.

I'm sorry for leaving the team. Sometimes things just get to be too much for me. The doctor telling me no exercise was a huge blow to me. But I'll lose the weight in spite of that and I need my team/friends to keep the support going and I want to give you as much support as I can. So hope you'll forgive me for leaving and give me another chance.
