Good morning all. Getting dark here in Florida, and I needed to go out to the store, maybe later. This kind of weather I am hungry for soups in the evenings. I found this recipe here, and going to try. I made the loose cabbage rolls recipe and it was good, and low in sodium.
We do want people to get a minimal amount of sodium. Should stray below 500/day. I shoot for 300 mg or less per meal, giving me about 600/day to play with to stay below 1500.
Problem is I haven't been too faithful in logging meals. Hit the reset button today so hopefully I can get back on track, even though I know what I have been eating has been low in sodium, but not necessarily low in calories, as the scale has bluntly reminded me.
