Nothing special, we had cod, potato salad and carrots. And "no sugar" Klondike bars for dessert. I used to like them, so I got a package when I saw them on sale. I guess I've lost my taste for artificial sweeteners, they weren't very good. I've been trying to use natural foods and just eat less, they certainly taste better, but I haven't gotten the 'less' part down pat yet. I'm going to try the challenge and see if I can take off 22.5 lbs by the end of the year.
