I did a double take as the is a auto muffler service chain here called Dan Fast mufflers.
I have heard of the Daniel diet. Someone at work tried this last year and was somewhat successful. I'm doing the Engine 2 diet. Basically elimination of animal proteins, and avoiding processed foods and processed fats. Tough to do this plan - or any plan for that matter - when I'm the onlyone in the household doing this. I was already lacto-ovo vegetarian, but the hard part is giving up the cheese. You're supposed to get rid of the food on the "no no" list, but that would not go over well with the rest of the family. Add to it me being a stress eater, makes it all the more difficult, but it is what it is. But I am well stocked with things that are approved E2 (eg whole grain everything) and I'm good. Usually.
I won't go completely vegan either as that includes not using animal products or animal produced products (silk, wool, honey, etc) so I'm told. So I'll just say I'm vegetarian and leave it at that.
