not too much other than watching my fiber, sodium & calcium intake. Other than that pretty much nothing. A lot of people on here seem to over eat. I need more calories in my diet from day to day.

Just a balanced plan. I use the nutrition tracker, and have success when I consistently stay within range of the big 4, keep my sodium intake low, and drink my 64+ oz water.

I actually like to just lower my calories. It tends to be better balanced than trying to reduce other food groups.

What food plan do you prefer doing: low carb, low fat, WW, South Beach, etc? What works or doesn't work for you?

I keep trying different things. I have done low carb in the past and it worked well for me but this time round it doesn't so I've just started a low fat plan and I'll see if I have any better luck with it.
