yesterday was actually 1620, b/c I ended up having a snack before bed.

Today is 1856...can blame about 75% of that on the Marco's meatball sub which was half of my day's calories - only reason I got it was because I didn't sleep well, and ran out of time before work to plan for my meals at work, and since I don't get home until 9pm on Fridays, I have to eat while at work.

Healthy is my main goal. Losing weight safely is part of that.
Highest Weight (in the last 2 decades): 212
Starting Weight (before SP): 204
Starting Weight (with SP): 200
*Goal #1: 195 - met 7/17 *Goal #2: 190 - met 8/3

Had some macaroni with tomato sauce at the party last night, and ate a fudge brownie. Did not have the bread, and no dressing on my salad. It's more than my optimal sodium of less than 1000, but at least it's still under 1200, which is OK for me in cold weather.

2,000 - The first in a while I went way over the salt intake. I will have to see what foods I ate that were high in salt and stay away from limit how much to eat of that particular food
