I didn't do so well when Thanksgiving weekend was here but once that was over I was fine. I'll try to do better @ Christmas time

I plan to fill up on healthy choices mixed with a taste of the guilty pleasures of the season. Also, will find a way to make the healthy food mor seasonal and the seasonal food more healthy. Merry Christmas.

Tough season, as always.
The high-calorie, high-fat, and high-sodium foods seem to appear more and more as we approach Christmas. And it gets harder and harder to say no.
