I did okay with Thanksgiving and am hoping to keep on doing well through Christmas and into the new year.

There was much rejoicing!

I didn't do so well when Thanksgiving weekend was here but once that was over I was fine. I'll try to do better @ Christmas time

I plan to fill up on healthy choices mixed with a taste of the guilty pleasures of the season. Also, will find a way to make the healthy food mor seasonal and the seasonal food more healthy.
Merry Christmas.

Tough season, as always.

The high-calorie, high-fat, and high-sodium foods seem to appear more and more as we approach Christmas. And it gets harder and harder to say no.

How are you all doing this season to enjoy some of the goodies of the season while staying on plan?

Every life should have 9 cats.
