I wanted to share a link with everyone. I get the heart healthy living e-letters. They've got recipes, tips, and articles that are really helpful. In their 3-letter I received today, they have a slide show for low-sodium swaps. The mother site is Better Homes & Garden. Anyway, here's the link:
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH LITTLEWIND53! I was going to ask if anyone knew of a reputable web site to order low/no salt products. My selection here in Alaska is very limited. Found a beef soup base through a link on the web site you posted. I'm very grateful!
Best of health, Melissa

Be careful when you pass judgement on another. Life teaches us lessons in harsh ways when we are mean to others.
I purchased Dick's book "500 Low Sodium Recipes" www.amazon.com/gp/product/159 2332773/r ef=oss_T15_product but thanks for the link to the website...it's nice to have the web version as well. Haven't used any of them yet but I like that he has alternatives to spices and sauces which are usually the hardest to find with low sodium.
We usually make some recipes from the Mrs Dash website as well. Some of them were just ok but others were pretty tasty.

I just found this Spark team and I am so excited! With that said, does anyone have any favorite low-salt/sodium recipe books or perhaps website with realistic low sodium recipes? I have scoured the SparkRecipes and found some great ones. Thank you in advance!
