This is an area for you to come and list any daily/weekly goals that you have and are trying to acocmplish. It can be anything you are looking to do, it doesn't have to be just related to lowering your sodium/salt intake, but can include anything.
Here are my daily/weekly goals:
- Drink 10-12+ glasses of water.
- Eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks daily.
- Increase my cardio workouts
- Do strength training every other day.
- Do crunches at least 4 times a week.
- Remember to relax.
