Drank a lot of water last week, while at the beach, stayed very active. Was able to get in more cardio, though less strength training. Not sure if I lost any yet, as I have a bad sunburn that has me retaining water right now. Used 60 SPF sunscreen, though think it was mislabeled and actually a 10 or 15 instead. Had used hub's 35 and son's 50 earlier in the week and got little to no sun, then used the 60 to protect me even more and got a touch of sun poisoning. UGH!!!

I am keeping with my current goals. I am in a holding pattern too, though hoping to see the scale move again soon!

This week I reached all of my goals and stayed in my calorie range. I didn't loose any weight but I didn't gain either. I know it will catch up with me eventually (wt loss).

Slow but will get there!

This is an area for you to come and list any daily/weekly goals that you have and are trying to acocmplish. It can be anything you are looking to do, it doesn't have to be just related to lowering your sodium/salt intake, but can include anything.

Here are my daily/weekly goals:

- Drink 10-12+ glasses of water.
- Eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks daily.
- Increase my cardio workouts
- Do strength training every other day.
- Do crunches at least 4 times a week.
- Remember to relax.
