Excellent! I've got 2 celebration meals coming up soon and I'm preparing now by thinking about how to pick the lowest calorie options. Tomorrow is a rest day although I'll be decorating which is quite energetic for me. Thursday I'm pretty sure I will be doing callanetics. I'll do it in the morning so I don't get so tired from other things that I don't want to do it. :-)

I'm going for a short walk about a mile and this evening I'm starting for the first time this year my Callentics with a friend. emoticon
