Some yoga can more fairly fast and is very demanding on your muscles, this was a very slow routine, the asaynas (movements) very basic, still quite a challange for me in pain management.These movements are simply getting into the position and then holding it while you breath and stretch.
Its a nice swap up for something different, but my Callanetics is still my base :)

Oh yeah, I run/walk 6 days a week both long and short ones as well as work out with weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday and a bonus Abs on Saturday. Callanetics is just a part of my workouts. Sunday is a complete rest day, the most I will do on that day is perhaps a bike ride.
This of course has built up since I re-joined SparkPeople a year ago. Keep up the work too.
