Thats very odd Annie, have you went through set up and selected to track acrio all days of your work out?
You can also add the exercises as strength exercises as well, just takes some time to manually enter them in.

I have tried everything I can think of to add Callanetics to my tracker.
It does not happen.
I can add any other exercise but not cardio.
I go through all the motions, then hit the "Add to my Tracker" button and nothing happens.I have tried both old and new trackers. It's a mystery.

Are you using the new fitness tracker or old?Also you must go into set up and set cardio tracking for everyday you want the cardio button available.

Suzy, you can also edit the list in your Favorites after going to your Fitness Tracker click ADD CARDIO then add the word Callanetics to your favorites. You just need to know how many calories burned for the minutes done. You normally burn anywhere between 3-5 calories per minute. I usually keep up the intensity with zero rest between exercises, so I log it as 4.3 calories per minute. I do the 10/10 for 60 minutes x 4.3 cb = 258 Calories Burned.

How were you posting yours before?

You can also post each exercise by name in the Strength Training by clicking Tracking Strength Exercises and then click on Add From Workouts (to make a group of exercises under the name of Callanetics) type in Callanetics and click add.
Then start entering your exercises to Enter a New Exercise.
You enter it as (example) 2 Set 100 Reps. 1Pound for stomach exercises 1& 2.
NOTE: Each line counts as 5 minutes on the Tracking Strength Exercises SO, if you only do 60 minutes you have to combined exercises LIKE: Stomach 1,2,3 & 4 ~ 4sets ~ 100reps ~ 1pound.
See mine for today (3/27/12) by going to my S. Page and click SHARED FOOD & FITNESS TRACKERS!!! If you want to look back on (3/22/12) you will see where I entered each exercise & it add to many minutes to my tracker.
It will not work if you don't enter something in the Weight. Then don't for get to Add To Favorites.

I hope this does not confuse anyone, if so let me know and I will work with you.

How many times have you said how do I enter daily activities into the tracker, there should be a way to track these.Well there is, I found out today that you can get credit for yard work and more by choosing these activities from a drop down box under the Cardio work out. All you have to do is choose to track Cardio on your fitness set up page. Make sure and select every day for Cardio tracking. Now go to your tracking page, select to add a Cardio workout., press the browse button and check out all the different activities under the drop down box. Select any of the topics to lead to a plethora of activities.

With this knowledge you could track Callanitics , using the Callistetics, Yoga,or Pilates option!

I hope this makes your use of Sparks pages both more enjoyable and useful.
