I'm doing well. Scale is finally moving. I had decided to drop my calories down further than usual to see some change. Yesterday, I was working with my boxing coach on deadlifts. I still need a lot of practice, and my back is definitely feeling it today. He also noticed that I'm getting faster on my feet when responding to hits.

Remember, we do this to wake up excited, and fall asleep satisfied.

back is still hurting but not as bad......went to the chiropractor again today....she gave me the okay to get back in the pool.....nice adjustment and nice to do some exercise.....so,it's getting a little better...

lower back is still aching today......but did 30 minutes of yoga/pilates to try to loosen it up.....got a heating pad on it now.......it is feeling a little better.......did three exercises that my chiropractor suggested.......
