Felt like crap today...

Hope your PT helps. I had OT/PT for 8 months, got back some flexibility but pain is still with me. Still taking anti-inflammatory's. My doc told me to start doing shoulder and upper back workouts using free weights. Its helping.

Trying Sparkpeople for I think the 3rd time now. I always give up on the meal tracking. Heart disease runs in my family and I've been struggling with weight issues for a while now. My baby daughter's birth two months ago and walking alongside my wife as she works to lose the pregnancy weight are the catalyst for me to try to get fit and stay there. I'm pretty active but my energy level's not what I would like it to be. Wish me luck...

Another check in with my O.D. He's now limiting me to a max of 22 lbs of extra weight on y left knee. Looks like I'll be getting a knee replacement, BUT, not until I'm eligible for Medicare (in about18 months).
I'll be doing thigh, glutes, and calf exercises until then.
