Yesterday was day 2 of 30 minutes of lap swimming combined with water aerobics. Totally exhausted, but I felt great. My knee did not bother me the rest of the day, this has been the best total body exercise for my knee. I slept almost 8 hours last night.

Sat on the couch all day. I meant to go to the gym and go swimming, but never got my arse off the couch. At least nutrition has been doing well. And about to do Day 4's workout for a BB.com plan.

Working on becoming Goku, from the series Dragon Ball Z (cosplay).

Managed a 35 minute walk this afternoon.
Observed a Chair Yoga class. Uh, if that's Yoga, I'm a 200 year old Yogi. Anyway, I would have been the youngest member by about 7 years.
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and sits in a chair...call it Yoga.

I really need to get back on the bike, with no pain.

2.5 hours! That is a long work-out. It Does sound similar to what our local Physical Therapy clinic offers twice a month. I'll check it out.

Went to a Swon Brothers concert last night. My head hit my pillow at 12:30a.m. Woke up at 7a.m.. Feel like I'm trying to navigate inside a cloud. Uhh.

Started a new and more intense workout today because of my rant, I'm sure you've all been there.

Ok, so today is my weigh in day. I know I have done everything within my power to stay on track. I step on the scale ... no loss. Matter of fact, I'm up .6 . Disappointment, and frustration set in, but not going to quit. Probably work out just as hard or harder this week. Like I just said, life happens. On the positive note, I am showing improvement after starting a workout program last week. All's good

Weigh In day....232. That's good. I haven't been below 238 for over a year.
This South Beach diet is Good. However, the workouts in the book, are really for the souls who haven't done a squat or push-up in many moons.
