Didn't get much done yesterday...took more stuff to the re-cycling center. Last night I made the a very tasty baked chicken parm, avocado slices on the side.

Today at the Y, it's 3 circuits on the weight machines.

I'm going to put off Spin class until the this week-end holiday is over. Last 3 weeks we've been on the road every week-end. Uhh.
